General classes are held three times a week by Jeremy Keeping and Paul Slowinski with intermediate sparring also available to help students progress and take the next step towards training with the fighters and competing in the ring.

The training at Rikers is a combination of the traditional ‘Thai' style with lots of pad work and grappling as well as the ‘Dutch' style of heavy bag drills and partner sparring with combination drills. We are always learning and have travelled as a club to train in Thailand, Japan and planning a trip to Holland in 2011.

The gym also offers classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, freestyle wrestling, strength and conditioning and Mixed Martial Arts. Personal training is available by appointment during the day either one on one or as a group for more information please check on our website.
