What sort of crowd numbers guys?

Just curious as to how popular Kickboxing is in W.A and how the crowd numbers compare to Melbourne.

Paul, the venue was only a small pub in a country town, all the fighters went up from Perth on a bus , the venue probablly holds 500 and thats how many people ,fit in on the night. in Perth on a good night you will get between 1500-2000.

That's pretty impressive.

Perth sounds like it may even draw bigger crowds than Melbourne.

The numbers mentioned above would be a very good crowd in Melbourne, even with Zambidis or Ozkan fighting Quickdraw.

Don't forget that it really wasn't that long ago that Tarik moved his shows out of the Crown Casino. That venue probably held sub 1500 people. Though, it always seemed to fill to max capacity.

Sure Melbourne gets bigger crowd numbers every now and then, but we need Stan The Man's help for those shows.

Even the K-1 Oceania is being held in the Melbourne Town Hall. I reckon a lot of people are going to miss out on tickets for this. Two Croatians, and Superstar Greek fighter Vassilikos will sell tickets fast I reckon, but the venue looks like it could may be hold 2000 spectators at best.

So, if you guys are getting 1500-2000, you're doing exceptionally well I reckon. I'd love to come over for a big show some day and check it out.
