OT - Free Beer

Some of you may have heard that VB is releasing a new beer called VB RAW.

It is a fresh new low carb lager brewed with four simple ingredients - Barley, Hops, Water and Yeast. Nothing artificial, Stripped back to the raw essentials.

Im working with the marketing team for the beers release and we are giving away free 6 packs of VB RAW. Theres no over the top advertising launch or mega TV ad, we just wont the beer to speak for itself then have YOU the people who drink it to do that talking.

This may sound stupid but who would be interested in some free beer :D. you will recieve a free 6 pack and all we ask is for you to kick back and have a few chilled ones on us, share them with you mates and then tell us what you think through a quick surey.

If your interested give a response so i can get an idea on the numbers because there is a minimum that must be met before we start sending them out

good to see some interest, i didnt think people would turn down free beer. were getting good numbers, im keeping note. if we get enough ill get personal info and provide the link to those interested.

having a few of them at the moment with some mates while watching EVO 17. they go done real well and taste much better than pure blonde for a low carb beer

it tells me you have no idea what your talking about and just post for the sake of it. VB is the highest selling beer in australia, some would even call it an aussie icon. talk to people from other countries and what do they say about australia? paul hogan, croc hunter, kangaroos and VB! and this is a totaly different beer so why would you ****can it before you try it?

the reason i didnt put it in the topic was because what would grab peoples attention more that 'FREE BEER' havent you ever seen when someone is advertising the they put FREE BEER followed by 'now that i have your attention! thats what marketing is about mate getting peoples attention

why post if you have nothing but negitivity, its getting old fast

no worrys i know your only kidding, but give it a go its a very different tasting beer. its doing very well so far especially at the younger market who we are aiming at

are you seriously comparing foster to VB. when foreigners come to this country what do they drink? VB, you may not like it but your just one person, its australia favourite beer. FACT.

guys its not vb its a totaly different beer. to be honest im not a vb drinker ill take carlton draught over it any day, but i would never bag it. im a bartender and the only beer that out sells vb is corona, fact is australia as a whole loves vb. dont automatically cast off this new beer and **** can it because you dont like vb is all im saying. and scotty mate id love to drink king george, but we sell it for $40 a snifter a the bar and i dont have that kinda money, if u can drink it good luck to ya ur shout whenever ur in melb;)

Last time i got a glass of blue lable it wasnt even that cheap ?

And the pub were at right now wont sell me blue lable for any thing less then $25 a shot

oh and scotty what i meant by reason for your comments was i thought maybe they were state of origin based, vb being from melbourne of course, and youve made clear your dislike for our fair state before. but from your last comment i realise i was on the wrong track, i now get you just plain dont like vb which is fair enough. but like i said dont bag or cast off the new beer till you try it.

a snifter is a bar term for a fancy glass which we serve blue label and conqac in. you get 2 fingers which is a equal to a shot. oh and never ask for ice with it 1 it dilutes it 2 you get less. inside tip from a bartender for ya
