Scottya, I'm still hear mate, Mitch was going to fight on a show hear but it was cancelled due to the latest bombing, so over hear talking to owner of stadium about putting on a fight night ourselves, it looks like a goer, fight and holiday what more could you ask for......

these guys prob all had bad shin splints ive herd that they can make ur shins really weak and break easy and guy from our club had them and he did exactly what these guys did and snaped his leg.
Befor every fight i freak out about it happening to me cause i get bad shin splints that i cant get seem to fix!

my lower back is cactus, 2 stuffed discs :( Kicking with any force = months of pain.
doc says i can box though, and i've been getting away with it so far. Pretty stoked with that.
