Anybody out there got any bright ideas on how to keep
your hot and sweaty 10 oz's from smelling after a training session?

There must be some old wives tales out there that do the trick!

If they are lace up gloves remove the laces and hang them on your clothes line to dry and add some baby powder to absorb some of the moisture.

Once a fighter left his bag in the back seat of my car for a couple of hours.

Phew, I swear he must have had a dead cat and a couple of fish in there.

Crunch up some newpaper and stuff it in your gloves and leave them out in the open. The newspaper will suck up the moisture and stop your gloves from rotting/smelling.

I have been doing this for years, and it works great.
