Nice to see Deerez stepping up. Will be a tough night for him. Will be nice match between Boy and Kevin NTG. I have both NTG boys coming away with wins via KO/TKO though IMO.

Scerri to also win via TKO/KO over Zidov. Too good with hands and ring smart for Zidov.

Nice match ups though and I will be there to support as Im there in Sydney that weekend. Looking forward to it.

Zidov will be interesting, I love the way he tried to ark up after Eli opened up on him, didn't work but you could see he was REALLY PISSED at gettign the beating..I haven't seen an expression on a fighter like that for a LONG time..

5x3 is actually easier than 5x2 as you're getting the 2 minutes rest. you're fresh every round. and you don't have to be pro to fight 5x3.

Hi Scottya,
I have never known any fighter to fight full thai rules 5x3mins without getting paid, that would make them professionals in the eye of the sanctioning body. Usually 3min rounds represents your a professional.In boxing 3min rounds is professional, K1 3min rounds are professional and fighting 2min rounds you can be a professional as well.

Unfortunately Dylan had to pull out guys. This one was not his call, on the way to the weigh ins he collapsed from severe Kidney pain and is still in the hospital.

As we understand it could have been a complication of one of a few things but it was actually the weight cutting that brought the problem to our attention which he is actually lucky for I think. Will post as soon as we know what it is, as you can imagine its still pretty scary not knowing. He is most disappointed as he just got back from training in thailand to prepare for the fight.

Don't know many results for the night but can tell you Bulldog gym went 3 from 3, big Ko's from Rowan and Jay both in the first round and I went in for a war with Damien thornton bringing it home on points.

Congratulations Jason on another good show unlucky about all the pull outs before the night but the main event was a cracker with Scerri & Virapol it was a real war with Virapol coming out on top when the doctor stopped the fight because of cuts above Scerri's eyes in the 4th round.

Just an update on Dylan:

He's been in hospital and bed ridden since Thursday. He had an operation yesterday and now recovering.

To say he's disappointed that the Lay fight didn't happen is an understatement. Dylan was prepping hard for this fight and even made a trip to Thailand to train.

Lets hope they can get it on in the future.

congrats to Jason, as far as i know show ran pretty smoothly. Apologies for the weight problem and for being late.

To my opponent Mohammad, congrats on the win. First time I haven't finished a fight, but kinda glad I stopped when I did. turns out i got a fractured jaw. Just goes to show you must have hard punches.

Bad luck to my fellow fighter Ola. Came out strong in the first, tried to keep going in the second but got dropped in the third and was counted out. Still, I'm sure she'll be back in the ring soon.
