Good to see Ronnie back in there.
Sounds like it will be a great card.
I'm sure the Angkor imports will put on a good show as always.

Yay Chey got a win, that will be reassuring for him.

At the airport at this moment, Chey easily won against Yushi, he dropped him 3 times and gave him a good cut on the left eye. (probably 10 stitches) Yoshi the 4 and 5 rounds he came back strong, but it was all too late.
Auth got robbed big time, he out class Taylor nearly every round. Taylor was more aggressive, but his technique wasn't clean. After the decision, Taylor admitted on staged in front of his crowd, he didn't deserve the win... It's just one of those days where we see Bad judging and I sure a rematch will be great.

i beg to differ on the result there im . i thought taylor won.
i just happen to be in qld for business and seen the poster and went and yea i thought taylor just won, maybe last 2 rounds he did more work. like you said would be a good rematch, i spoke to taylor after the fight and he said his legs were still pretty sore from his fight with your other boy bull.

klink i beg to differ with you.
there is no way taylor won that fight.
everyone i spoke to said the exact same thing.
i think taylor has improved heaps especially in his last 3 to 4 fights but he just didnt seem on that night.

klinkkkk,
Taylor was busier, but his technique wasn't clean. His left side was smashed from the ribs up to the arm. Auth was countering all of Taylor attacks with clean kicks and knees. (scores very high in this sport) You really can't argue if you saw how purple Taylor's left side was after the fight. Auth can't wait for a rematch.

You guys are missing the point, a world class fighter, with 300+ fights, could not knock out or even put a count on a kid with 30 fights
This should not have been a close fight, but it was,l dont care about the decision .Taylor took everything that Auth threw at him and kept pushing forward.
Taylor would score with a 4-6 strike combo and Auth would counter with a single kick,a super hard kick, but still only 1 kick,
Taylor never looked in trouble, and finished strong,he fought well, thats all that matters to me.
Maybe if you spent more time training, and less time making excuses you would get a better result.

I don't think anyone is making excuses Tyson?
Didn't Taylor admit he didn't deserve the win?

Daz,mate l thought it could have gone either way,it was a good hard close fight.
As l said l dont care about the decision,Taylor fought well and did the gym proud thats all that matters,
Now its up to you guys to get us down there for a rematch

Good idea, wouldn't mind seeing a few Madx gym fighters in Melbourne

I was thinking the same thing Q.
Have you been down since Brute Force Tyson?
klinkkkk
28-07-2009, 03:51 PM
tyson is correct, taylor did have a banged up rib from single kicks not from 3,4 hit combos
taylor was the busier fighter and thats why he won.
i thought rounds 1,2,3, were very close with taylor on the front foot in the 4th and 5th.
its hard to win a fight fighting on the back foot.
anyway bring on the rematch, maybe you should put it on down in melb IM, i work in melb too so can come to that one aswell

tyson i agree with you, taylor did fight well, there is no doubt that he gives everything when he fights.
it was a good main event regardless of the outcome

Would like to put out the challenge for Taylor vs Mike 300 at 68kg in Melb maybe this Nov PowerplaY?
I think Mike is a bit bigger but has had only 17 fights to taylors 30 odd?
Would be great to get the MADX crew down here for first time.

They have been down before Don, when Beniah fought Pich Sophan on a Brute Force.
I think it was only Tyson who came though who I met.

No Daz have not been down since then,Don,last time when we brought you
guys to Noosa you kicked our butts,so some payback would be nice,68 is
a bit heavy for Taylor but ld say he would be keen, were fully booked
till the end of the year, maybe December or the start of next year,on a
show down there would be great, call us on 0419759054.
