no gloves fight was good it went the distance, plenty of headbuttin. Dom won on dec over Jez, but was lucky not to get stopped by the doctor Jeremy shreded Doms face up in the 5th with 3 seperate cuts. a shame as i would have liked to c jez beat that P R I C K.

Dom is a bit of a chestnut. I think infact I know he's an over-the-hill bum. Ha!. The guys going bald at age 26.The win will probably swell that ugly mug of his to an all new high { if it's possible }.
But credit where credits due and he beat a good fighter.
jason vs dayne was cancelled
it was good to see a kung fu school there again, i hope to see them fighting again, its been a few years since ive seen one compete in a local show

Thanks ljh.
At least you guys can see through the dislike and admit to Devanna having some skills :).
Not knowing either fighter personally, all i can say is congrats to both and im glad noone was seriously hurt - or i hope not.
Let's see both of them go to Qld, Melb etc and challenge some of the hard boys they have to offer; purely for the sport of Mt, K1 and so on.
But El Paso - devanna i wouldnt say is over the hill, in fact hes prob better than ever, so maybe you mean he's a never has been :).
Seriously though, atm Darren Curovic would have to be no.1 on most pples list.

Re: my IK mag just a minute ago,
Apparently DeVanna is a go with Choppa in a rematch in NZ on the 28th (Sat) of this month?
Will test the true talent.
yeh doms hands were amazing :)

I saw Devanna against Chopper here in Melbourne last year. He can take a hit and doesn't back down, but I didn't think he had the skill level to match it with Chopper, who dictated the pace of the fight and did what he wanted.

Yeah, agree with you buddy Glenn.
Just didn't have the tools.
If 1 thing can be said he looked too light, usually fighting around 74-76.5, then dropping to 70 is silly IMHO. But he knows how he feels.
I'll just add that he, and i think Hull had 2 weeks notice for the event, not that it would have affected the outcome.
Couldn't answer thr grapple, will he be able to this time???
We'll wait and see.

How does he go with Bando? I've never seen a Bando fight and aren't holding my breath for one to be held down here in the K1 state. Are there many Bando shows in WA?
I actually would have liked to have seen him lined up against Zambidis as he can take a hit.

Hey Glen Bra whats the ga? It just so has it that a certane El Paso has a prescribed copy of the De Vanna el nino Bando fight. Boy, it was a corker. And it's yours for a finders fee of 2.95 rp. Just joking I wouldn't charge you for that scrap metal ****.
All joke aside { how can't you joke when De Vanna is involved } it was a good fight and I'll be more than happy to send a copy your way way.
Bets regards,

Choppa HAS GOTTA be fav over DEvanna, but he got caught by a good shot in 1st fight, if Devanna didnt concentrate on loading up, but used footwork and speed to cut the ring off, he could hhave followed up big time.
Choppa's awesome, but if Cope, Collard, Allan, JWP and Dawson could put him down, where Boyes, Tui, Alexi, Baris could trouble him (all very good guys, testiment to Choppa) then Devanna can have a chance.
In the fight v Jeremy, Devanna showed the best hands in WA (outside of Green).
But if this fight is under Fill Thai rules, i can see Choppa ripping him with elbows.
I'll be the first to admit it if my wrong.
Also Glenn - Zam v Devanna would've been a cracker 'cos they aren't/weren't that special in the clinch, would have been essentially a boxing fight in a phone booth.
WA boy is tough, but he would have probably been withered that night i say.
Who knows, freakish sport?
