I WAS THERE THAT NIGHT. SOLO WAS KO’D COLD WHILE HE WAS STILL STANDING (HE FELL EXACTLY LIKE THE STATUE OF SADDAM HUSEIN) AND FROM WHAT I HAD SEEN WHEN SIO HAD STOOD OVER HIM AND DELIVERED THE TWO BLOWS TO SOLO (THE REF SHOULD HAVE AND HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO PULL SIO OFF BUT DIDN'T UNTIL AFTER THE TWO PUNCHES WAS FINISHED)THAT DISQUALIFICATION SHOULD GO TO THE BOXING COURTS AGAINST THE REF FOR ALLOWING THOSE PUNCHES ON THE GROUND. (WHAT DIFFERENCES WHOULD THAT MAKE, THE GAME WAS SET UP AGAINST A UNDERDOG THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE KO'D BY SOLO ANY WAY) AND ANOTHER THING THIS QUOTE FORM SOLO IS BULL **** "I never want to win like that. I am not going to cry over spilt milk. I am spewing that I let the shot through [which knocked him down]. "I LET THAT SHOT THOUGHT" THE MANS GUARDS WHERE DOWN THAT WAS WHEN SIO THROUGH THE TWO LEFT JABS BOTH CONNECTED FOLLOWED BY THE RIGHT OVER HAND, THAT CONNECTED FLUSH ON THE LEFT SIDE OF SOLO'S CHIN "CLEAR AS DAY I SEEN THAT" THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED.
IF ANY ONE HAS ANY DOUBT ABOUT "ANY THING" IV SHARED IN THIS FORUM PLEASE COMMENT AND ADD ON ANYTHING IV SAID.

you reckon if he didn't get himself DQ'd he might have woken up at the bottom of Sydney Harbour in concrete boots?

Guys,
http://www.sportzblitz.net/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=15594
Started this thread the other day on Sio and Haumono. Couldn't get to the fight, but would have loved to. Saw Solo sparring Hoppa in the days prior, and Solo was looking fit and sharp. Was surprised with the result, but it looks like a re-match will happen.
Lucy - Roy Sio (according to the papers) has kickboxing and MMA background. He trains at Parramatta PCYC and works as a corrections officer for Juvenile Justice. The re-match would be popular for a promoter.

Royce fought for me and John down in Canberra last year he was the replacement for Ben Edwards when Ben hurt his shoulder( vs Hopoate ) but then Hoppa hurt his hand so Royce fought Commenwealth Bronze medalist boxer Steve Rudic.
He KOed Steve 30 sec into the 1st.
Not a bad guy went to church alot when was in Canberra and was very polite.
He has no kickboxing or mma fights.

Hoppa, Kali Meehan and Solomon train at a mate's place also.
That is where I watch them spar. Best seat in the house.
From what I am reading, a re-match would be a promoters dream.
And Ben Edwards name crossed my mind as well.
