I just got the shadowboxer resistance band kit and had a great training session with it, i was wondering if anyone else has used it and what everyones thoughts are on it?

If so (and this my opinion of course) it looks like one those expensive marketing gimmicks.

But if it gets people moving then it must be doing some good, although it comes with a high Price Tag.

thats the one. rebel sports stock them. Paul Briggs endorses the product and it was voted the best new fight sport training equipment a few years ago.
