The Sor.Jaiphet Crew are pleased to announce its first "Muaythai Training Camp"

At the Sor.Jaiphet Muaythai Camp
RICHMOND, VIC.
7:30pm Thurs 4th Dec - 5pm Sun 7th Dec 2008.

the camp will be lead by respected Muaythai fight trainer "Tao Sor.jaiphet" and Pro Muaythai Fighter Jared "shock" Grigor, and together they will cover all facets of Authentic Muaythai incl:

- All Aspects of Real Muaythai - Techniques and Strategies
- Learn Wai Kru and its meaning
- Fighter Nutrition
- Effective Fighter Training
- "Making Weight" and "recovery from"
- How to develop a fight plan
- Effectively Prep a fighter on the night & work the corner
- Learn valuable Visualisation techniques and Buddhist Meditation

* The Camp will also include visit to Wat Dhammarangsi Thai Temple, and participants will recieve blessing from the Thai Abbot there

* On the final night the participants in the camp will have access into PROSECUTION 7 Muaythai show with backstage access to the Team Sorjaiphet Change room. and the most devoted participant on the camp will get to be in the corner of Jared "the Shock" Grigor with Tao on the night.

* Never before has such a comprehnesive Camp on Muaythai ever been offered in Melbourne!

Sounds like a great opportunity and weekend Tao, great idea!

we actually decided to put it on the weekend of the PROS 7 show so that the participants could see the whole process of making weight, attend the weigh in and see how thats done, then fianlly see it all come together on the night.

with the temple blessings as well. this really is a once in a lifetime opportunity. cos we'll never put a camp on the weekend of a show again.

it will be a full on weekend for myself, but i really want martial arts practitioners of any kind see what we go through to prepare for a fight...

it will be a perfect opportunity for anyone to get a real insight into what real Muaythai training is all about..

the camp is open to all levels, no matter what style they do. open to males and females of any age.

participants will receive a certificate and camp t-shirt + plus the ticket into Prosecution 7... for 280 its a good deal.

open to all gyms. everyone is welcome.
