Very slick mark.

I keep telling everyone that you the man for web design.
I'm going to need another one of you soon for my folio.

Mark,

How hard is it to have credid card purchase stuff on websites?

I mean technically speaking. Do you need to be any special type of servers or anything?

Email credit card details are simple as but online transactions can be a little more involved. You have to set up merchant accounts etc

Thanks Paul,
Just let me know if i can do anything else for you. Janer is correct when he stated that an online purchasing site setting up merchant accounts is the way to go.( It will depend on the server set up as well)

But from a small designers point of view, i do not design sites with this type of intergration, and the reason is, let say a site cost someone $1500 to produce and something goes wrong with the online credit card transations etc, then i am responsible for fixing things up.. This can be a heavy burden bare, when the whole site only cost $1500 & now their business has been adverstly affected and it reflects directly on my business.

Thats not to say a site cannot be designed without this type of development without useing a credit card transation.

Thanks
Mark

Smokin,

Wow, I only just read the history of the company.

I'm impressed that you guys make some of your own stuff.

You should tell us more about it.
Personally, I always try and buy Australian made when the prices are pretty competative.
