There has been talk of Danial Dawson returning to kickboxing/ muay thai before the end of the year? I reckon that if he does he should fight JWP as the semi main event on the No Respect 2 fight night! It would go off! What do you guys think?

JWP V DAWSON would be excellent by it self. Having it as an undercard is absolutely a dream...

The challenge has been made and accepted, this fight has to happen, to prove once and for all who is the best !!

This fight will be a true Muay Thai warrior war...

Hmmm...not sure how much interest JWP has in being on a Tarik promotion...

I wouldn't hold your breathe for this one to happen. I think Dawson dodged the proposed fight because if he had of lost the fight, I feel he thought he would always be known as the #2 Muay Thai stylist in the land and all the work he has done in the last couple of years would go to waste. He'd also look like a real goose too after what he said when he challenged JWP. That's my opinion. Think about it, he challenges JWP to a Muay Thai superfight in no uncertain terms to prove he's the best in OZ, then turns around not long after and starts boxing, which he could have done after the fight.<img src=icon_smile_8ball.gif border=0 align=middle>

THIS is maon event material - if Tarik put up Evan v Nandex then surely these two legends deserve main event status!!
Come on Blitz of IK promos (not Tarik - I dont want to give him a cent) get it on!!!

as paul c has said a few times, dawson has a dodgy leg at the
moment, thats why he has gone to boxing.

couple of things;
you still need a good leg to move around in boxing dont you

im not sure

but i suppose if your fighting against jwp ypu really have to be 110
so maybe his leg is giving him trouble, not a great deal though,so atleast he can box and keep his fotness level up until his leg heals.then we wont have to wait as long for the fight.hmm

thats whatb i hope for anyway.he could be scared of jwp could he.

Have it in Qld, on Ray Matsumara's show or Scott Bannan show!! It'll be more respected in Qld. Victorians have no idea about Muay Thai....

dawson does have a bad leg at the moment.. what do you expect hes been training and fighting since he was 14 and is also in my oppinion the hardest kicker in his weight division you have to get problems somewhere down the line.. i believe dawson will be back next year bigger badder than ever and doing wa proud as the best MT fighter in australia and up there with the best in the world..

i was pissed when i heard dawson pulled out of the fight, but in learning why,i now understand.its hard enough to beat the best in oz with a good leg,let alone a bung one.
smart move going to boxing for a while, keep fit and also try and learn some hand skills tp match jwp.cant wait for this one.

Do you guys reckon there is any chance of Daniel defending his Judgement Day title guys?

He's been in all 3 and winning it twice if I remember correctly.
