Nothing happened at Tariks Show!

Hi Guys,
Just letting you guys know that nothing came out of Tarik running upstairs to deal with one of the spectators having a go at
him, Tarik actually stood and talked to the crowd asking them to leave ...that is what I saw..the only bad thing on the night was the decision made by the judges, personally I thought a drawn decision or a win to Evan very good fighter hope they have a rematch.....Just telling you guys how I saw it......other than that good night...

Why does controversy always follow a Tarik Solak show???


The shows should be called Tarik "CONTROVERSY" Solak Promotions. LOL

Thats the way i saw it to Lucy. Nothing much happened, Tarik just got a little 'flusted' with a few idiots in the crowd throwing things and yelling.

No disrespect Lucy cause you can only see what you can see- but the fact was Tarik couldn't find the guy who said it. He hid his way down the stairs while Tarik's morons looked for him. He was lucky to get out and Tarik was ready to do anything to this guy. I know this because the guy was standing next to me. I have no idea who the big mouth was nor do i condone what was said but the fact of the matter is- Tarik is basically the face of Australian kickboxing promotion at present and he has a duty to fulfill in lifting the profile of our sport. I was totally disgusted at the childish way he carried on and also at what would have happened had the guy been found. Tarik was wild, and rightly so- But why would you risk your public image (which at present is terrible i feel) and try to belt a guy who is obviously a moron who has nothing better to do than yell insults at a decision he didn't agree with.

I think Tarik has once again damaged the profile of our sport and i for one am not impressed with his behaviour. I am only a young guy and relatively new to the sport- but i took another young kid from my gym along to the fights the other night so he could watch his idols (Evan and Chris) and he was over the moon. But come the end of the fight when tarik came up and pretty much blocked everyones exit to find a big mouth- he was terrified. Not to mention i was ****ting myself cause i now had two people to look after. Tarik needs to think before he does these ****house things because not only does it make him look like a ****head but it can damage the profile of our sport which people like- The hammer, John Scida, Alex Tui etc. work so hard to evolve, starting with these young kids.

Tarik just think you have alot more control on the sport than what you may think. Set a professional example and our sport will grow strong fundamentals- which will ultimately lead to better fighters being produced and guess what?

I was sitting up the top with a group of friends where all the evan fans were and if a fight had started out i dont think Tariks thugs would have won the fight. There was like 100 angry people up there who looked agry enough to join in if something had happend.

BTW i wasnt one of em. first time ive been to a kickboxing event plus im crippled hahaha
