I honestly dont expect Zambidis to take the challenge seriously at this stage, i dont think anyone would actually. He hasn't had any warm up fights (which would be a good start to his fight return),and with his student Foley also challenging zam, whats going to happen??? Is zam going to beat amir and then beat foley straight after too. LOL cmon zambidis isn't considering these challenges real threats at this stage.

Just played the reply just then. A few things to mention...

-Cedric is an awesome fighter with heaps of power. He must gain more fitness to mix it with the good guys. Gees, The first time I have seen shane Meads fight.. what a top fighter! See tarik go sick at cedric. I like Tarik guys, he pushes his fighters to the absolute limit and he creates Rocky stories!

- Foley... What can I say, he is still an amatuer. Now he has no hope in hell against Zambidis. Foley a great up-n-comer but needs to bulk up to get some more power in his shots. And like his corner said, "get your head outta the way"

In my opinion a great show! Loved it. Badato is a top fighter aswell! pheewwww all these fighters I have never seen!!!

A lot of people issue challenges. Fact is that one can't fight all the challengers. And Zambidis has proven himself already. He is as good as they say he is.

well Prince Amir had proven himself as well if not more then Zambitis so i dont see no reason why Zambitis wont fight him? he should except

I also reckon Zam is as good, but everything is not all settled as to who the best in Australia is as far as I'm concerned.
Let's not get into who you though won, we've been through that too many times now.

But, lets try to agree that Zambidis and Parr regardless of what the judges say, was far too close for us fans. Zam has annihilated everyone that stood before him. All except for Parr.
I'm dying to see Ozkan V Zambidis, but am just as much looking forward to Parr V Zam II.

I bet my butt that the next time someone will get KO'd.

Can i just say a few things about the meads V kongaca fight
U sit there saying ohh cedric this and that but wot u FAIL too realise IS
1..meads was 9kg lighter than cedric.and even micheal & hammer say " oh doensnt look like meads can knock him out,, but wot about that fact meads got 3 standing 8counts on cedric and yeah he couldnt knock cedric out but fark me how many guys who are lighter do u know that can knockout a heavy weight..meads also copped 2 awesome shots by cedric(the 1s where meads was bounced off the ropes) and he didnt get knocked out by the HEAVIER guy
like dont get me wrong cedric is good..but after meads having hes first super cruiser weight fight against a big heavyweight and still coming away with the goods it just annoys me after watching my video taping of the fight and hearing the commentators carry on like that & micheal saying in the 2nd round that "meads copped more shots that camera" yeah he may have but meads got more on cedric consistantly ..and also reading wot some u guys have posted..ok u melb guys havent heard of meads yet u have heard of cedric . please PAY CREDIT..WERE CREDIT IS DUE

(if this thread seems dribbling & bias the stiff ****e..meads deserves alot more praise than most ppl have giving him)

r u on the right forum.
i am pretty sure that we all know how good shane is.most of us watched that fight.it was tough.i mention those two right hooks previously on more than one occasion.we ve mentioned the bruising that cedric copped from shanes kicks, and weve mention that it was an awesome victory.

also have to say that cedric landed some beauties and took some aswell.it was a tough and waesome fight,i enjoyed it emensly and thought that shane deserved the win.

i dont think anyone takes janer seriously hes a know it all who doesnt train nor fight so he really doesnt understand what a fighter is going through by just stepping the ring so just ignore him.. if ya look in the other forums janer posts in everything to golf,tawkwondo to ironman hes got something to say about everything when he prob knows nothing so janer SERIOUSLY WHAT THE HELL DID YOU EXPECT.

Sniffa, have you seen the Prince Amir thread, it's full of praise for Shane.

This forum I reckon is about 70% Victorians Sniffa. Honestly, most guys would only know of Shane now after the Cedric fight. And Janer does say 'Meads, what an awesome fighter'.

He also says the same in Tariks forum.
He's seen just about every Cedric fight, and I honestly doubt that Janer was trying to give Cedric more credit than shane, it's just that he's familiar with Cedric.

I've only seen Martin Holm fight on once, and that was just the quick little highlight. So if I went to discuss a Mark Hunt loss to Holm, I'd probably spend ten times as many words talking about Hunt. Only for fear of sounding like an idiot talking about a fighter with some authority, whom I've only seen the once. I hope that makes sense.

and as u said most ppl are Vics ( not that we hold it against em..MUCH) hehehehe BUT wether they heard of someone or not doesnt mean you shouldnt recognise or pay tribute wheres its due
