Harls, if you think that's bad, stay away from rural australia, there are people doing all sorts of cruel stuff to roos, running them down, shooting them with guns/bows etc, they are like pests.

Yeah it is different hunting them in those properties cause they cause a problem to those people, but trying to be tough by fighting a kangaroo that is just some fn lowlife.
There us a difference to the farmers that get rid of the roo's on their properties and the people that go onto these properties to those like in the clip.

The fag in the clip could have just left it alone, i didnt see no hunting gear with him. Just some lowlife.

There was talk the roo was stunned after being hit by a/their car, hence the boy's ability to take it on. Awful stuff, but there is only public outcry because we actually got to watch it, when far worse things are done to animals and people are done and doesn't reach the media. It is a shame it is labelled as kickboxing, not karate, tkd or kung-fu :(

But I agree with Hiro, doesn't do much for our boxing kangaroo image ;)

On a lighter note, you could tell it was a "kickboxing" kangaroo, cos it looked like the guy used a step up knee and the kangaroo had NO defence..

Darker note, when they catch this guy, I think he might find himself on the other side fo the bars, and I think he just might get what was coming to him...AR5EHOLE he is...:([xx(]

As a family of wildlife carers. The roo definately was dazed maybe from car hit. A fit grown roo would have front kicked him and opened him up like a can of sardines, with it's centre claw. Shame it didn't, but you'd but if it did it would have been hunted down and shot.
Only ends up bad publicity for a great sport.

Not quite true LXXIX, When the government does the culling programs it is for a reason, most of the time because the animals are suffering and are starving. I am not trying to start a sh*t fight over the pros and cons of culling, but it isn't the governments fault.
This I believe is the fault of general society, kids have got absolutely no respect, you see them recording fights at school, forcing others to perform sexual acts on other students, it never stops. The little turds need to be taught a damn good lesson. There are waaay to many do gooders around at the moment and it allows crap to happen.
I bet when the kids that did this get caught nothing happens to them. They will be judged as too young... They aren't too young to have a phone and commit the crime.. It all sux!

Ok i just looked at all the photos
And after seeing all the photos
If the kid is from a kickboxing back ground he going to get his head knocked off in every fight
His hands sit to low in the pic
Looks more to me he has tryed to kick the roo but miss & thats why he got his knee so close to the roo body
And tryen to grab the roo from comming closer to him

Come on is there anyone in the sport who would train someone if they new this was going on after gym hours ?

Shame kangaroo's aren't like the wild beast in Africa, anyone see (youtube)where the lions chased and caught a calf, ended up in the water, croc had the otherside of the calf, lion wins and drags the calf up the bank then the WHOLE HEARD attack the lion/s and give them sh1t....

Where was the "mob" of kangaroos when their mate needed them...

End of the day, this guy will be caught and then he'll wish he'd never set foot outside that day..

The fighting skills of these awsome animals needs to be seen to be appriecated... check this out, all we need is some colourful shorts and some music in the background and these 2 are contesting the WKA (World Kangaroo Association) World Title...:D;)
