I just watched soren vs robert on you tube. what a great fight. Its good to see him living the dream. Yes he has had a few hard losses but I think he is now doing what all muay thai fighters wish they could do- live in bangkok and compete at the highest level in the stadiums. Not many fighters have done this for a lengthy period as it is so hard mentally and physically.
So good on ya Soren! go hard!

You can edit the topic name mate.
I spelt it "Tahiland" the other day, probably as a result of spending too much time over the years with punchy people like you Rexy haha.
Jokes mate, hope all is well.

he mentioned either against a Korean or a possible third bout against Petucsin of Thailand
Yeah, Soren's the man. A true Thai style specialist. Hope he gets enough $ over there to keep going.

Anybody know how often Soren is fighting over there?
Hellfighter
06-08-2008, 03:55 AM
not as often as he would like, his last fight (to my knowledge) was in June at Lumpinee and he was supposed to fight in Malaysia about 10 days later, but due to the cut he received he couldn't take it, so I think the Queen's Birthday fight will be his next one then Evo Contender

Going to Thailand November 5 - 20. Would love to know if Soren will still be there and fighting, give him some Aussie support. If anyone can help. Also would like to see some weapons training, can't find much on the net. I'm 49 so a bit over the hill for full training stint, is it ok to visit the camps?

Soren's fight at the Queen's Birthday was cancelled last week (so he messaged me), so again he has trained hard only to be disappointed
also heard, that the Celebrations this year are extremely lowkey, as they haven't held the funeral for His Majesty the Kings favourite sister who passed away some months ago, so as a sign of respect public celebrations are a no go anywhere!

Soren fought at CH7 Stadium in a rematch against Joe PattayaKombat of Spain
it was a hard, close fight and Soren was awarded the points victory
congrats to him

Hellfighter

various shops in the asian community sells them... depends where you live
Lumpinee and Rajadamnern don't sell their shows, it's crazy as they could make so much money
