I realise this may have been discussed in the past....
I am adding some Cardio gear- Bikes, rowers, crosstrainer, treamill and some limited resistance gear to the gym and have ran into dramas regarding to insurance- the current one wont touch cardio classes or resistance. (even though its fine to lace up the gloves and kick the sh*! out of each other) go figure?
Anyway can any one offer some advice or solutions?
