Yo Paul, yep I read it last week. You gotta love the guy, very blunt, not suttle, not modest and straight to the point.

Have you seen the Top 10 section? He is in just about all of them...

It sounds like Zam V Gurks will be fighting after k1-max. Which will make the fight in early 2004. Surely Gurkan must fight on the undercard as a semi-main event for the Vodaphone Arena show in July. Gurks isnt getting any younger and regardless of what he says he says about his fitness and that fact he is improving, Ozkan is like 33 years old?! SO hurry and let him fight sooner!

Bring on Sam Greco... DId you see Greco on the movie Fat Pizza? He was boxing against that black dude from gladiators. Also, did you see Fenech and his boys?! Whooaaa Gotta say, they look pretty cool. Skinny Hussein, Hussein Hussein and Nedal Hamdan in there navy blue trackies. I hope we can see more of these boys. Well back to Greco, what do you guys reckon? Has Slam em' still got it?

Michael Schiavello, why did you put Paul Briggs as Top 10 fighters of all time?? Surely he doesnt deserve it.

"Seriously, What the HELL did you expect?"

I giggled at the interfering comments.

Very funny.

Hi guys

How charismatic is the Ozkan interview? LOL - great stuff!

Janer, as for Briggs, Hammer and I believe he is deserving that is why he is in there... but we are open to opinion, so if you say he doesn't deserve offer your reasons as to WHY and WHO should be in there instead. :)

Re Greco

I'm sure he's still a powerhouse.
Man, I don't know about you guys, but I reckon I'd jump out of the ring as soon as Sam looked at me.
He's a scarry looking fighter.
Remember that shot in Kickboxer of Greco punching the bag. Sheesh, I've never seen anyone buckle a bag like that before or since.

I think Paul Briggs was one of the best Muay Thai fighters ever to come out of this country. He fought all over the world and knocked most of the best guys out. He was knocking men out when he was only 15 years old and at the tender age of 19, knocked out Tai Kin in one round who at the time was one of Japan's most strongest fighters.
In Queensland Paul Briggs was a god when he was fighting Muay Thai and I am sure there were many fans across Australia as well.
Hope that helps you with your question Janer.

I think Paul Briggs is one of the best Muay Thai fighters Australia's ever seen. I saw him fight a couple of times when I was younger, as well as his brother Nathan, and I think only a fool would bet money against him in a fight under full thai rules. Nobody could cut it with him, save the Thais. He deserves top 10, no doubt about it, and Steve Vick deserved to be #1 in the top 10 gutsiest fighters. The Hector Penna fight alone should have him there.
