To all of you who fight and train, what is your diet? Is it a set menu everyday, do you measure your calories?
Im currently on a 1500 calorie diet and its damn hard to stick by. Any suggestions?
If you are a fighter, I am keen on your answer.

How many calories are there in a Double Whopper and fries Janer?
Oh, and a large Coke?
Think I'm gonna have to downsize, but that damn 50c upsize option is hard to resist.
i think tic tacs have 1.5 calories

Double whoper with Cheese: 1000 calories
Large French Fries : 470 calories
Large Coke : 210 calories
in one total meal you are eating 1,680 calories!!! farr outtttt, do you run to melb or drive Paul? lol
