Hey everyone Ben Edwards here.

Got the mri on my shoulder the other day,

Iv'e fractured the head of the bone that sits in the socket and ruptured the cartlidge, Thought it was a bit sore!

So im definatly out for a while but i will be back with avengence [}:)]

That's no good Ben... perhaps now you'll stop clocking everyone you fight you big bully! :D

Advice, take your rehab super seriously. Train your butt off (within therapists limits) and keep as clean as possible diet wise to speed up the healing. The more toxic you are internally, the harder and longer the healing.
