I've tried but found nothing. Apparently both times Orono fought Yod, Yod got ko'd. Yod does have around 70 losses on his record. Mad streak at the moment though (except for Souwer), Farid (should be twice) and JWP twice.
Hopefully he gets another shot at Souwer soon but at 22 he's got plenty of time.

Thais, in no particular order:
Apidej
Diesel Noi
Samart Payakaroon
Pudpadnoi
Sakad Petchyindee
Saenchai
Jomhod
Anuwat
Sockmongkol
Orono (the newer one, who at one time went by the gym name Majesticgym)
It can always be said it's too hard to choose the greatest Thais, especially since the best fighters are said to be at the lower weight divisions, which we non-Thais don't pay enough attention to. Granted, we know about some of the lighter fighters of today, such as Anuwat, Saenchai, and Orono, but aside from fighters who eventually went up in weight, think of past fighters from the lighter weight divisions and the only ones we know about are the ones with legendary status (Diesel Noi, Apidej).
Honorable mention goes to Coban, who wasn't the best in the Thai scene, but did very well against top name farangs.
Somsong was good. Don't know how he did in the Thai scene, but against Europeans he was tough.
Changpeuk deserves mention due to being the greatest "heavy" Thai.
Kaolan was a top dog in his prime, but he lacked top notch opposition aside from a few opponents like Djepitak.
Buakaw is a lot better than some people on various forums give him credit for. They try to go for stories about Buakaw not being that good in the Thai scene and that's why he's in K-1 Max, that's bollocks.
top 10 non-Thais:
Andre Brilleman
Ronnie Green
Farid Villaume
Dany Bill
Fujiwara
Gilbert Ballantine
Nathan Corbett
Ivan Hippolyte
Rayen Simson
Ramon Dekkers ....I'll put him in there, even though he's overrated due to people putting him up at mythical status when the reality's quite different. But, he was a great fighter, and the first farang to fight consistently in the tough Thai circuit
Due to all of his recent success, I should have Andy Souwer in the top 10, but some of his earlier KO losses has me putting him on the outer fringes. If he wins another tournament or two, I'd have to ignore those losses and just put him in.
Honorable mention to JC Skarbowski & JWP for being top fighters who also happened to do well in the Thai circuit.
Mention goes to Jason Suttie as well. If it wasn't for the financial straits of kickboxing, he could have stayed at his natural weight division and had a storied career.
Daniel Dawson is another Australian who deserves a mention.
Stablemates Benny Urquidez & Pete Cunningham were great, but I didn't put them in the top 10 list due to them not fighting close to muay thai rules enough. Regardless of record manipulations, they were fantastic fighters and true legends.
Masato, love him or hate him, deserves a mention as well. I wish he was more active during his career.
And I'll always have a soft-spot in my heart for "The Manchester Machine" Chris Allen. It's a shame his career didn't go further than it did, such a quality fighter.

He deserves respect for being one of the earlier farangs to train in Thailand, but an all-time great he's not.....Unless you were impressed by his fights in Bloodsport and that Van Damme prison film.

I wouldn't be surprised if the fight was at featherweight. Orono's at super featherweight right now, and that fight was at least a few years ago.
I have some old Orono fights from around 9 years ago, I should check the footage out and see if they indicate what weight he was at then (If there's any indication at all, though, it would probably be in Thai, which I can't read or speak).

At least there's hope......It would be great if they eventually release DVD's of some of the big cards, and also some cards with big name fighters.
I know Songchai has a bit of his own events available, but the more rare footage he has is only available on PAL Beta tapes and at an extraordinary price. :(

Are you talking about these videos here?
http://www.muaythai.co.th/onesongchai/thai/merchandise/muaythai_tape.htm
If so, SHAKE'N BAKE!!!!!
But, last time I asked, he sells each one-hour video from that page at $40 US.
I would love to get some of that footage, but not at the price of $40 US per 1hr tape......Then you factor in having to convert Beta (Unless you're one of the few out there with a PAL Betamax VCR), and the costs are horrendous.

I thought that Paul Briggs would be worth an honorable mention on the Non Thai side of things. If he didnt stop fighting Muay Thai , he would have been a non farang legend.

Best non Thai would have to be hands down Dany Bille! he fought and beat some of the best and even the Thai's recognised his ability he was a Thai in a frang's body a freak, his technique was pure Thai the french had some of the best Thai trainers and produced excellent Thai fighters and still do !

there are Thais here that state they knew everything about MuayThai because they were raised within it, but then they met Dany Bille and they believed what they had learnt was wrong and he was right... a true credit to him

I definately would have liked to see him matched against our best fighters.
Maybe the cost would be too much ... but a Australia vs Belarus would go off.... and I am sure they ( Belarus ) would have someone
decent for the Carnage to fight as well.

Thais
Orono- I saw the old Orono fight in ubon 2 years ago he still looked impressive smashing some young punk.
Attachai- i watched him dismantle Anuwat . Fighting style was nice kicking Anuwats arms.
Non Thais
Ramon Dekkers- the push kick in Oronos face is the best ever.
JWP..the purest thai style.
