hi all ive been out off action for 2 weeks now and i have noticed that im getting abit on the chubby side.
just wondering if anyone knows any excercises i can do whilst my arm is mending, excercises that wont delay the healing process but with enough cardio to get a sweat up

what types of movement are restricted other than the obvious of punching / blocking with it?
are you still able to kick bags & pads?

i had the exact same injury years ago (literally with the broken left arm with plate and screws too) and i was still training.
if the arm's (forearem that is) in a cast, you should still be able to train
i was still able to practice my kicks and knees at full power on the pads, and was still able to shadow box every technique though felt unco throwing anything with the left arm.
start off slow and see how you go and then build it up from there
