Hey guys, I was at the last event held at the Keilor Basketball stadium and I was lucky to see Fatih Hassan in action...

He does have awesome kicks and is very exciting to watch. He does slip to canvas quite alot. Im not sure about his hands yet but I do think he has potential. Most taekwando fighters arent as good with their hands...

what do you reckon?

i dont think his the hottest new prospect, if he beats someone like Ben Smullens, he will have my respect, personally i think hes a bit overated hes had 3 fights and if hes as good as he talks himself up to be he should fight some serious com[petition

Hey 'umz' not meaning any disrespect but i wanna ask you why you find it compeling to tell us how you are related to everyone you talk about? Your bro never resorts to the 'Who you know syndrome' and even while we trained together it was a whole year before he told me this stuff.

Fatih Hassan has a very good future the reason he fights like amatuer because he is a amatuer I am sure when he steps up to fight someone who has experience he will do ok...
Goodluck to Fatih for his future in kickboxing he is a nice kid
I hope he does well..

WHO IS BEN SMULLEN???? WHAT HAS HE DONE FOR KICKBOXING......NOTHING.
THE ONLY GOOD FIGHT HE HAD WAS AGAINST MASOTO WHO KO'ED HIM. I THINK YOU ARE OVERRATING BEN. HE STILL HAS ALONG WAY TO GO.IF HE STEP IN THE RING WITH FATIH IN A KICKBOXING FIGHT I BET FATIH WILL KICK HIS ASS ALL OVER THE RING.

Im going to hold my emotion here but Ben Smullens (hahaha). Fatih will wip his arse in kickboxing. Guranteed. I believe his best fight was with the jap guy, even though smullens didnt last the fight. Fatih Hassan is a great kid and I have spoken to him a number of times. He did tell me that he wants to build up his experience and then step it up on a solak show. Fatih hassan is skillful, great legs and really the next best EXCITING fighter. Ben Smullens, what a joke. You really think smullens is better than fatih, there is nothing funnier than that. He may be a good guy, he looks like a dope and drives like a dope. I saw him driving all over the road after Turkish Revenge fight, on the freeway in his divvy van. What a yobbo, and not a serious fighter. Ben Smullens got knocked out into the next century by shannon forrester! but dont compare him with fatih. pls dont even mention it. Cause i will cop a heartache from the laughter. sikteret bu sapik!

I just had another look at the ****er named SPYCRACKs post, you said that he has only had three fights and should fight better opponents... dope head, after 3 fights? you expect to him to fight jenk behic or shane choper chapman? lol

and as for you comment about "fatih talks himself up", you obviously have never met him or heard his post fight interviews... He is very composed and doesnt boast. Spycrack YOUR A ****ER! i sense some jealousy between camps here!

To Spycrack - recommendation - change your name to
Arsecrack - it suites you more!
UMZ - I heard that Benny The Jet was also your cousin - (not!)
If Fatih really is your cousin - then it is a pretty biased view in commenting that he is one of the best fighters around.
Being an expert in the field myself - I must say that there is no doubt Fatih will go onto becoming an outstanding fighter. His father is an awsome trainer and lets not forget that it is he who trained Ozkan, Nezif, and many others into great fighters before Tarik snatched them all up (excluding Nezif) and promoted them.
The question is, when he eventually does reach the higher leagues, will he remain a civilised, repsectable Fighter (ie like Stan Longinidis and Ian Jacobs) or will he let it all get to his head and become an arrogant hero (Like Nezif - before Zambidis put him back into place again)?

Whatever fighter you like or dislike for whatever reason, there is no need for personal attacks. If you have a problem with a fighter for whatever reason, go up and tell them to their face at the next show.
They might not all be champions, but at least they're getting in the ring and having a go.
And on another point, how can you compare Ben Smullins being beaten by a professional fighter in Masoto (one of Japans top fighters) and an amateur who's had one or two fights?

Hey guys hows it going..

All i have to say is that i agree with Glenn on his views on the current topic. talking about fighters is like talking obout religeon, or a soccer team. in that i mean we can sit around and argue forever, and when we run out of relevent things to say we attack personal areas i.e Ben smullen. Ben, like all the current up and comers is a very talented fighter and good on him for having a go. Never stay off that proverbial horse, always get back on!!!
Thankyou Glenn for reminding me what type of people i fight for. I hope there are more people like you out there to encourage us "up and comers."
