The minus sign (e.g .-130) always indicates the favorite and the amount you must bet to win $100.
The plus sign (e.g.+110) always indicates the underdog and the amount you win for every $100 bet (you may wager more or less).
Using this example, therefore, you would bet $130 to win $100 on the favorite, while for the underdog you would bet $100 to win $110.
In the context of the DREAM event odds below:
JZ CALVANCANTI is currently @ -150 this means you have to bet $150 to win $100. If you win, the original risk of $150 & also the $100 you won gets added to your account. For a total return of $250.
AOKI is currently @ +120 this means you have to bet $100 to win $120. If you win, the original risk of $100 & also the $120 you won gets added to your account. For a total return of $220.
If the fight ends in a draw, no contest or it simply does not happen, you will get your money back.
Not that I know first-hand ;)

So does that mean I would say "JZ Calvan is at MINUS 150"
Is that how it's read?

Aoki and Boku are value, as is Marquez at +170 in his bout with PacMan on Sunday.

That's how I read it in my own mind, but I am not sure if that is how it is supposed to be read so I will refrain from giving advice here. lol

i would think it goes something like this....
the first fight- SHINYA AOKI IS PAYING $2.20
JZ CALANCANTI IS PAYING $1.75 (THIS WOULD BE THE ODDS IF IN AUSTRALIA)
THE SECOND FIGHT- KULTAR GILL +500... YOU WOULD SAY HE IS 5/1 (FIVE TO ONE) OUTSIDER
TATSUYA KAWAJIRI -700... YOU WOULD SAY HE IS 7/1 ON (SEVEN TO ONE ON) ODDS ON FAVORITE.
THATS HOW I READ IT,HOPE THIS HELPS.

Yeah you have it right there Michael,
Just eg. Crocop is a massive fav at -1600, while Mizuno is a very big underdog at +800 ($8 odds, for every dollar bet).
Even Big rocket has it right too.
Eg Tatsuya 1/7 fav or 8/1 underdog for Mizuno.

anyone quoting odds like that is retarded.
Any decent bookie quotes per $1 bet.
Therefore if odds are $3.25/$1.40 a $1 bet wins back $3.25 on the underdog (net $2.25 after your $1 bet) and the favourite pays $1.40 ($0.40c after getting your $1 back). The favourite would be quoted therefore as 2 to 5 - ON.
This is how the tote and tab usually quote...all football bets are this way too at labrokes, william hill etc.
Those sh*tty quoted Cro-cop fight odds above are so wide you could drive a Mack drive between. Bookies doing a huge rip off.

Whilst I agree...the USA does not.
