Yawn,
Yes I am pushing the Pay Per View for GOOD reason. It is the first pay-per-view of K-1 of the year and the MORE people who subscribe to it the MORE MAIN EVENT will keep putting K-1 shows on for all Australians to watch. If there anything so wrong with that? There are plans to bring K-1 events from Japan, USA and Europe onto MAIN EVENT PPV this year but only if people show their support for watching K-1 events.
I know the event is not live, and live would be better, but until that does happen we have to consider how fortunate we are. There are a lot of countries who dont get to see K-1 at all, not even delayed or on video, but can only read the results on the net if they have net access or read it in a magazine if they have that sort of access. We're fortunate to have MAIN EVENT screening K-1 events for our viewing pleasure and even if it is delayed it doesn't take away from the fact that they are terrific events featuring the biggest K-1 names which you can tape and watch over and over and over again.
I'd rather watch them DELAYED than not at all.
As for the costs... you'd best ring MAIN EVENT and they will tell you.
As for 'stealthy information'... I will soon put on here a list of what you can expect in the next issue of International Kickboxer magazine but will not post the stories containing that information -- for that you'll have to buy the magazine. Is that stealthy too? The magazine functions on the same pretense as the PPV's -- the more people subscribe and buy both, the more both media avenues can provide better and more regular information :)
All that said, I hope you all enjoy the K-1 Saitama GP featuring SAPP, Cro Cop, Hoost, Sefo, Leko, Aerts, Bonjasky and more and I hope you will support future MAIN EVENT PPV's.
Thanks.

Sorry Yawn
Not sure how much the PPV is. If you decide to book it I hope you enjoy the fights :) I thought Pele Reid vs Ray Sefo in particular was a show stealer.
Best Wishes

Last K-1 event on foxtel cost about $20-22 if booked early. So this should cost the same. Book it before the early bird deadline. You have to call your provider as prices sometimes vary slightly between cable networks.

Lucy, why did you say the result of the bob sapp fight?? don't ever do that again, some people avoid reading results so they can see the fight as if it were live.

that's the whole point, I was avoiding reading about the results. aaaaarrrrrrgh. Never mind.
I called up foxtel and it costs $26.95 for any bookings as of yesterday. The early bird offer was $21.95 but expires about 5 days before the day of the event.
