Isn't Smullens the instructor there?
I thought it was more of a BJJ gym.

how about jumping in a cage with smelly armpits, groins and bum cracks in your face while getting smacked across the chops? That could be for you and definitely not fluffy!...

Dominance isn't on that list but Smullens is the Muay Thai trainer there...
You should go try it and see if it's the right place for you...

Martial Mix is a great muay thai gym and has an equal balance betwen males and females ... it is lots of fun and is a lot harder than "just aerobics" ...
You can find your own level (without pressure) from simply working out hard to full on-fight training ... all training is supervised and first visit is FREE!!
www.martialmix.com
The head trainer is Justin Ayer and his phone number is on the web site ... if you are looking for a friendly place to explore I would highly reccommend it

Wong's a great coach. Don't see much to dispute in that.

Dominance Gym is a good gym, good trainer, check it out and see if it suits your needs.
Ben Smullen's is a good trainer and a decent gyt, he has his share of knockers but also his share of loyal fans, just like most people do, I for one enjoy his style and his friendship.

HI Sharon ... you can always edit the original post ... rather than make a new one ...
If you leave the old un-edited ben might think you called him a gyt!!!
