Just wondering guys,

If you take no suplements, I know you guys are taking legal energy and vitamin stuff. But I mean does it give you an advantage over someone who just eats healthy food.

Though, I guess you guys would miss out on a lot of vitamins if your allways trying to keep your weight in check.

Body/brain quicken and durathon are also commonly used. I think a good diet is essential but your body can use up and need extra supplementation when involved in frequent intense exercise.

I always take a Mega-Milti, cause you never know what your missing out in your diet. I also take up to 2,000mg of Vitamin C a day. And if you want something good for recovery take L-Glutamine.

It really depends what your goals are?

If you want to lose weight...Take a protein supplement with less carbs than protein, like Body Ripped & take Hydroxycut, L-Glutamine, Multivitamins & Vitamin C.

If you want to gain weight...Take a protein supplement with more carbs than protein like Body Blast & take creatine, L-Glutamine, Multivitamins & Vitamin C.

I would take your diet seriously, you wont believe how much of a difference it will make. I dont work for any of the supplement manufactures mentioned above, but I do work in the fitness industry & I believe that these work the best.

Does L-Carnitine really make you lose weight? It is so damn expensive. 20 teaspoons in a container for $60! I noticed it makes you sweat alot harder! maybe thats telling me its working....

Does it work?

from a web link:

""L-Carnitine is not an amino acid in the strict sense (it is not used as a neurotransmitter or in protein synthesis), however L-Carnitine bears many resemblances to amino acids and is usually grouped under this heading. L-Carnitine (the "L" refers to its chemical polarity) is used by the body to transport long chain fatty acids to the mitochondria in your cells, where they are burned for energy. Since this fat burning is such a major source of muscular energy, deficiencies in L-Carnitine are manifested as low energy levels and muscular weakness. L-Carnitine deficiencies can also appear as mental confusion or cloudiness, angina (heart pain) and weight gain. ""

I use Bsc or Body science products. They are all great. i especially use tribulous for every day to day routines and i add, GHC3 which is creatine, l- glutamine, and Hmb together. A wicked combo thats gives you power, recovery and helps keep your brain thinking clear. Thermon-x is great for losing weight.
