More No Respect images

Hi Guys,

My mate and fellow photographer Jules Boag shot a bunch of really cool images from both the weigh-in and the show.

Please check them out if you have time. He shoots far more unobrusively than I, and as a result gets some really surpising and natural looking shots.

Man, it's really great that kickboxing is getting this much coverage.

ozkan is a machine
he deserves everyone respect
he said he would win when many people said stan would smash him, and he he did it.
i know stan hasen't fourght in 2 years and he is abit old but he is 8times champion of the world, with loads of experience. Stan wasn't the stan of old, but it shouldn't matter, stan took the fight anyway and told evyone he was going to 'control' the whole fight and was going to beat ozkan. i don't think his age is really an issue. look at larry holmes that guy is like 53 years old and he won a 10 round points decsion over butterbean,
so i think people should give gurkan the repect that he deserves. he is truely one of the greats of the sport.

Stan's age is an issue, and Stan's age combined with 20 years of wear and tear makes the issue more pronounced. Every fighter is different, some burn out quicker. Larry Holmes beating Butterbean is a shocking comparison.

stan execpted the fight
he knew what he was getting into.
he was the one saying gurkan was a stupid fighter and he would 'control' the fight the way he wanted to go take gurkan out when wanted to.
gurkan fourght so well and he desrves the respect, most people said he would lose and he proved to those people that he could do it and he did.

What was Stan going to say? "I'm not my best now, hopefully I get lucky and catch him early because I don't think my body can hold up anymore?" Besides which it always amazes me how people believe all the smack fighters say about eachother. If you believed everything those guys said about eachother in the media, you'd think they really did hate eachother. In reality, they are good friends who were talking up a show.

Paul you are right man, the shots look absolutely awesome! You mate Mr Boags is one great photographer.. I guess he has some great software programs in which the effects are created. Am I right?
