Stan V Ozkan: Rematch!

The fight has to happen again! Give Stan another 6 months and realise what he has to do to 'get back into' the fight game.

What do you guys reckon? Stans 3rd and final fight! It would pull another 10 thousand fans.

Come on Janer, this first fight shouldnt even have happened. There's a reason he looked bad and its called being over the hill. Stan deserves to enjoy retirement and move onto other things.

It would be the same story, this time it will be even worse from what i can imagine. For Stan's own safety, dont fight Gurkan again.

Stan didnt look hurt to me. thats why its hard to believe the fight,let alone the last 20 seconds. if he was hurting why wouldnt he block? the next thing you know he smiles gets up then his brother calls it quits! i dont buy it!

some fighters mark easily on the legs or face because of their complection. if someone is welted across the legs it doesnt mean there in pain. stan went down from a sweep, not because of pain. sure im not saying that he didnt feel a thing but the basic of moves to block a low kick wasnt there the whole fight. why? was he that rusty? or is there more to the story? besides neither fighter scored much in the whole fight. they were both waiting, and waiting and waiting not like their styles at all! listen we are all outsiders or fans (i presume) and will never no the true facts of the fight game, unless we are the fly on the wall at the discussion table with the fighters/promoters themselves. high level top secrets are not meant to be shared. and as for fatty, who seems to know all the facts does he realy beleive that they would let him in on the secret. of course not. he is just a commentator. a bad one at that. mark should silence him with a few kicks under the table every time he screams needlesly in the microphone! too much arrogance for a guy who has never stepped in the ring, for my liking!

and as far as not having to listen to the commentating, how is that possible? listening to the punches, kicks and the crowd make it worthy to have audio. if i had it my way, i would get better, more experienced (possibily ex fighters/trainers) to do the job. whats so irritating is that fatty thinks he knows more than he realy does!

Your insults dont do anything for kickboxing rather than put a sour taste in my mouth. Why not construct a perfectly detailed letter and make it offical in writing? Desctructive critism not only dirties the sport but also stains the confidence of trying to improve the sport.

Michael I know you probably dont care about this but why not give him you phone number so he can have the balls to tell you what he thinks?

im negative? i want the sport to get better!! and the only way for it to get better is to have the right people for the right job! the guy has enthusiasm and probably loves the sport more than i do, but he has to remind himself that he is just a commentator not an expert commentator who analises this and that and decides this and because of this his that....please man dont do that! just commentate the fight and stop the **** talk! if the guy had 30-40 fights under his belt then yes you are qualified to give special comments. the last thing i want is for kickboxing to have its own bruce macavaney to bust my nuts!
