Hi guys.
Ultimate show poster.
I'm looking forward to seeing Baris's trainer Pat Christophi fight.
Never seen him fighting before. Also Evan should be good to watch for those of you that haven't seen him fight before. Lots of hand power.

Looks to be a good line up.
The Phantom back in action, maybe they should make a 35+ kickboxing circuit and all the oldies can fight in that.

Hi Guys
This will not be a Foxsports show,
So if you want to catch the action you will

A over 35's event, Count me in:-)
Cheers

Hi Axekick
What a great idea, but not sure how many people
would follow it? As I have said before the sport is
totaly different now, fighters are as sharp as ever
and the training has come a long way, The only thing
that has stayed the same is the toughness of the boys
ang girls that fight, I may not have been the most
technical fighter but I always gave it my all, as did
the fighters who stepped in the ring before me and the guys and girls that fight today do. I respect anyone who steps through the
ropes and gives it a go, Its the ultimate test of your training.
With regards to getting back in and going around again....
I really miss it, but age and injuries can take their toll,
even to the best of them, just ask the great "Stan the Man"
The desire is always there when you love something
as much as we love our sport. My idol has always been the
legend of the sport USA fighter Maurice "Mean Machine" Smith
he was still fighting and kicking butt at the age of 40+
so you never know (:-))
Take care
The Hammer.
Can you imagine Schiavello commentating if you fought Hammer? He may need the stray jacket for real this time.

I reckon the 35+ idea would be cool. I'd also like to see you fight live HAMMER, as I missed out seeing you in action in Thailand a couple of years ago. Also in regards to your technical ability, I must say that watching you spar is like watching a cat toying with a ball of yarn, too easy mate. I think this idea is a blast!

Nice words Harls... good analogy. I was fortunate enough to see my verbal sparring partner in action during his heyday when he beat Romolo Pio for the title. It was always a big occasion beating one of Dana's boys.
Could it be Hammer-time again? Well, you'd better definitely get the oxygen mask and the straight jacket ready for me if that happens!
PS: Hammer, if this happens, I say bring back 'Wild Horse'... you know what I mean. :)
Go Hammer, just like Stallone in Rocky 4 when he comes out of retirement to fight DRAGO!

Pual C,
You seem to be the man who is up with all the ultimate promotions... Correct me if I am wrong but didn't Sot Solominidis lose to Steve Gat on the last Promotion for the state title??? Although he has previously knocked Gat out and has prooven he is a quality figheter ,how is Solominidis versus Evan Themlakis meant to be the main draw card for the upcoming show on Solomindis recent form???
Themlakis should be fighting blokes like Nandex who has been dubbed the most exciting fighter around...
Although Nandex is clearly not the most exciting fighter around him versus Themlakis would be a top draw card and crowd pulling fight on either a Tarik Solak or Ultimate show.

Mr T,
I'm no expert on these guys at all.
Just putting a poster up to let everyone know there is a kickboxing show happening.
I have seen about 5 of Evans fights, It's easy to remember a fighters name when you consistently see him having great wins.
Re Soliminidis,
I really don't know what level he is at. I'm sure you'd know far better than I, because I couldn't even name any of his past fights.
Evan has only had about 10 or so fights.
The first time I saw Nandex fight, he knocked out a former world amateur champion Frank Zammit.
The other guys that Nandex has fought are not as familiar to me. Like I know who they are....Nick Barnes etc, but not at which level they are at. Actually, I don't even know if Nandex is a pro or am fighter.
Prior to this last fight with Nick Barnes, I would have felt that Stanley was too ambitious a fight for Evan. But not now. Stanley didn't look as slick this time round to me, and I think that Evan is going to give him a hell of a hard time.
Sorry Mr T, just not experienced enough re Soliminidis to give you an oppinion on Evans fight for this next Scida show.

Mr T.
I totally agree that Themalakis is a far superior fighter for Solomonidi's to even think about fighting, however i think this is just meant to be a lead up fight for Evan. He will be fighting Stanley Nandex as said on the 'no respect' p.p.v- on April 28 at Melbourne town hall. This fight is the headliner and names like- Tsakonas, America, Slowinski and Briggs on the undercard. Evan deserves this fight and may even suprise a few people, he is a tough, smart and well respected fighter who carries himself in a way that all other fighters should strive to achieve.
Also look forward to watching a guy named Justin Deleur in the undercard for the next ultimate show. This boy has had only 2 fights, but he hit's like a sledgehammer and we could see his name more widely recognised in the near future.

Hey Paul C,
I was speaking to John last night & he said he would love a crack at Nandex (The HEAD HUNTER) because the money Gurkan is asking for to rematch John is just soooo unreasonable.
NOTE: I cannot stomach what M Shivellio goes on about, THE BEST HEAD KICKER IN THE WORLD! What aload of rubbish, he seems to throw these comments around like they are actually real, first we have the Brazillian kick ( which is just a high roundhouse kick ( which drops over the opponents guard, but doesnt have anything to actually do with Brazil except that Francisco uses it every now & then) ) & now we have to put up with The Worlds best this ot that, geeez Mike get real mate, you have a problem with over hypeing or exadurating tooo much, after awhile it kinda sounds like its coming from a novice commentator.
If this is the case well i could say... oh John Hallford is the Worlds Best Head Kick Defender! You see how stupid this statment sounds.

I'd like to see that fight Mark.
Guys, I don't know if any of you may have caught lateline lastnight. They did a segment on American media covering the 'Lets attack Sadam' situation. It was very interesting to me to see the perspectives coming from all the different media. From the conservative and well researched articles of the Washington Post, Times to that of the Ultra Hype Fox News.
Now, I hope I don't offend Michael at all with this, because I personally like his commentary, and I'm not a martial artist so none of the kick stuff bothers me. I differentiate kicks by high and low.
Anyway, Cable T.V needs hype and the extovert type personality. I'd bet my ass If Michael did a low key affair that he'd be sent on his way. It's just the nature of cable and all it's channels. It's entirely geared for a younger audience (less the specific oldies channels Hallmark etc).

Sorry guys, my spelling sucks.
It's pointless fixing it in edits because the tag is a bad speller give-away.

Everybody look out for a guy named Justin 'tank' Deleur. I saw him fight on an Ultimate show last year and he delivered one of the best left hooks to knock out a tasmanian guy that i have seen.
He was still a pretty fresh fighter then but he may be a bit more experienced this time around. The guy hits like a sledgehammer.
