Mike Goldberg talks about how much of a rockstar Chuck Liddell is and how he's the biggest star in the sport today. Rogan talks about the first fight between the two. They show highlights of Ortiz knocking people out and Rogan puts him over. Now we get highlights of Quinton Jackson and Rogan puts him over. It's a shame we have to wait 2 hours before this fight. THE WINNER OF JACKSON VS. LIDDELL FACES DAN HENDERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Holy heck, this PPV is already the greatest UFC event EVER!

Chris Leben vs. Kalib Starnes

Round 1: Leben throws a high kick that brushes Starnes. They clinch and Leben denies Starnes of the takedown. Both men throw some knees. Leben throws a high kick and slips but Starnes can;t take advantage and Leben gets up. Starnes throws a nice leg kick. Leben throws some nice punches but Starnes covers up. They clinch and Starnes lands a knee to the body. Leben lands some lefts and some knees to the head. Leben misses a kick and Starnes lands a takedown. Starnes throws a lot of body shots. Starnes lands a lot of shots to the head of Leben as the round ends. Very good first round with Starnes barely winning it.

Round 2: Starnes throws some good body and leg kicks during the 1st minute of the round. Starnes rocks Leben with a right hand and then slams him to the ground. Starnes throws the legs aside and lands a nice shot but Leben gets to his feet. They clinch and Starnes lands some knees to the body. Leben lands a flurry of shots and all Starnes does is cover up. Leben lands a big knee followed by a small flurry to end the round. Another round won by Starnes but just barely again.

Round 3: Leben pressures from the start with kicks and punches. Starnes lands a front kick that backs Leben up. Leben lands a nice body kick that rocks Starnes. Starnes pulls guard on Leben. Leben throws the feet of Starnes and gets half guard. Starnes rolls and is now in the guard of Leben. Starnes lands a nice punch on Leben. Leben does more work on his back than Starnes does from guard. Starnes passes the guard, lands a shot, and gets in half-guard. Starnes lands some good shots for half guard as the round ends. Another squeeked out round by Starnes.

Winner: Kalib Starnes by Unanimous Decision

Kalib says he thought Leben won the fight and Leben says, "screw you judges, I care what the fans think" and the fans boo. I seriously hate Chris Leben, he needs to quit *****ing after his losses.

Keith Jardine vs. Houston Alexander

Round 1: Jardine lands a nice right followed by a left that rocks Alexander. They clinch and Alexander lands multiple rights that rock Jardine. Alexander lands a huge knee followed by a huge uppercut and Jardine is KNOCKED OUT!

Winner: Houston Alexander by KO

Alexander says he slipped and the left Jardine landed did no damage. Alexander puts over Jardine.

We get highlights of Liddell on the HBK show Entourage and his cover shot of ESPN Magazine.

Round 1: Salaverry lands a crotch kick by accident. Salaverry lands a high kick and almost slips. Salaverry lands a leg kick but gets caught with a right. They clinch and Martin drops Salaverry on his head. Martin lands a few shots and the ref stops it.

Winner: Terry Martin by TKO

Martin calls out Middleweight Champ Anderson Silva. HA!

Karo Parisyan vs. Josh Burkman

Round 1: Both men swing for the fences to start. Karo catches a Burkman leg kick and throws him to the ground. Karo lands a quick right. Burkman lands a high kick and then they both misses home run punches. Karo lands a nice right. Another right by Karo. Nice leg kick by Karo. Karo throws a leg kick that Burkman catches. Burkman takes him down and lands some right hands as he gets up. They get up and clinch. KARO LANDS A JUDO THROW! They get to their feet. Both men swing and miss. They clinch and Burkman looks to land a takedown but Karo stuffs it and the round ends. Round 1 goes to Karo.

Round 2: Karo lands a nice combo to start the round. Karo lands a real nice body shot. Burkman lands a leg kick. Burkman lands a nice knee. Burkman lands a nice right and Karo tells him to bring it. Karo lands two real nice right hands. Karo lands a nice left. Karo continues to pick apart Burkman with punches. Karo lands a leg kick. They clinch and Burkman lands a knee to the body. Karo lands a combo as they break. Leg kick followed by right hands by Karo. The round ends with Karo landing a leg kick. Another round taken by Karo.

Round 3: Burkman comes out swinging and lands a nice right. Both men lands some nice punches. They clinch against the cage. Burkman lands a huge takedown. Karo rolls out and to his feet. Karo sweeps Burkman down to the mat. Both men get back to their fight. Karo goes for a high kick but it's blocked. Burkman goes for a takedown but Karo stuffs him. They clinch against the cage. The round ends with Burkman swinging and missing. Karo is going to win this fight by unanimous decision.

Winner - Karo Parisyan by Unanimous Decision

Karo says he wants his title shot against whoever wins Serra vs. Hughes.

Goldberg runs down upcoming UFC events, which includes 3 shows in June.


The final text vote is 66 for Liddell, 34 for Jackson

Randy Couture joins Rogan and Goldberg for commentary. Rogan talks about the previous fight between Chuck and Quinton. Couture picks Rampage Jackson and that's horrible news for Liddell fans because Couture is NEVER wrong.

Round 1: Nothing happening a minute in. Jackson lands a right. Jackson lands a right hand that knocks Liddell down. Jackson pounces on him and the ref stops it. WOW!

Winner: New Light Heavyweight Champion - Quinton Jackson

Quinton Jackson says he's going to be the Champion for a long time.

Liddell says he made a mistake and got caught. He sounds VERY dejected and how can he not? Liddell says he'll be back.

Dan Henderson comes into the octagon and embraces Jackson. Henderson says, "We're all friends and I'm ready to make some money with my friends."

Couture, Rogan, and Goldberg talk about how the fight went and how Chuck Liddell can come back. We get highlights of Dan Henderson, the next opponent for Quinton Jackson.

They recap the entire event.

Dave Meltzer is reporting that Brock Lesnar will now face Kim Min-soo on 6/2 at the K-1 Dynamite PPV show in Los Angeles, replacing Choi Hong-man.

wow!

who would of thought that the iceman would lose in that fashion

i'm sure liddell would be very disappointed to not put on a better performance but full credit to the rampage for taking it to the champ.

i'm sure liddell can come back from this defeat but time isn't on his side with him being 37.
