Possible but there are bigger fights out there for Gurkan. Arthur got his shot and lost clearly, no controversy, so he has to get to the end of the line. Remember Arthur was the challenger not the champ even though there wasn't a title on the line. Maybe Arthur could Hallford for perhaps an eliminator to then fight Ozkan.
