uploading documents ??

Can someone give me a web-page to allow the uploading of documents? I have forgotten where to upload the image...

- Open a photo dump account www.photodump.com
- Upload the image (jpeg)
- Once it’s uploaded right click on the image and go to properties
- Highlight the URL address and copy it
- Start new post or reply to post
- Click the Insert image button
- Paste the URL address between the two [] *PASTE IN HERE* []
- Post new reply!
