Mick - I saw a promo last night - it was rather faint and hard to understand - but it showed Stan, Hunt, Greco, Watt and others to fight for the K1?? in July sometime - after seeing the legend last night - I dont believe Stan will be on the promo in the future.

The K-1 Oceania will be in July.
So far listed qualifiers-Watt, Suttie, Viney, Christopolidis qualified last night and so did Gurkan if he wants to go on as a heavyweight. That means only 3 positions left. And perhaps only 2 if Tarik has a wild card.

There is an add for an April show in Melb which will feature the next qualifiers for the K-1 oceania in July. Names include Daniel America, Peck, Graham, Briggs, Slowinski and Tui Sifia(not sure if heavweight as haven't heard of him).

And also the show in July will feature Mark Hunt against Alexey Ignashov in a super fight.

The April show looks a little dissapointing with Stanley Nandex being the main event. I don't think he is main event status for a Tarik Solak promotion. He is scheduled to fight Evan Themalakis who might give him a good run for his money. Evan's a pretty strong puncher.

Evan's also pretty careful.

As spectacular as I find Stanley's kicks, I just can't see him him catching Evan.

Nandex has great kicks, but lacks power in his punches, Evan will rip him up - he is a bloody hard boy!! - as an example - a few months back - while Baris was initially training to fight ZAM - he was sparring with Evan who proceeded to give him a belting - probably why Baris woke up and realised he would end up in Coma if he went ahead with the fight against ZAM and pulled out.
The dood also spars with Chris - who is definelty a hard sloger/

I think as long as evan is careful not get caught by any high kicks, he will be too strong for Nandex. Its a big fight for Evan, if he wins it will open up a lot of opportunities for him in the future.

Hi guy's, Evan is a good fighter, that's without a doudt. Watching the fights, Nandex, probably was the best I had seen him with his hands, though. Does his trainer know his stuff or what. Gurkan is also living proof of this, the match of headhunter and Evan, a ripper, I think so

personlly i think headhunter isnt as good as what tarik makes him out to be.... hes landed a few hard headkicks but that doesnt mean your good fighter anyone can hit hard. id like to see nandex VS kara, halford,JWP,Chopper, behic, cope, why doesnt he fight the top fighters since tarik makes him to be soo good.. if evan does fight nandex i hope evan wins but somehow i dought it..

Tarik wouldn't be that foolish. It just seems like Fadi doesn't want to really fight.

Interesting to note that Mike S. from Fox & The Int.Kickboxer Mag etc.continue to state Evan"Gladiator"T. is undefeated,10 wins,0 losses etc.I fought Evan in Perth,it was both of our 3rd or 4th fight & i stopped him early in the 3rd round(I've got the vid. to prove it).Have Johnny & Evan conveniently forgotten about that one? Btw i confirmed with Ray M.today that i'm fighting "Carnage" Corbett on the next Boonchu show April 27.
