I was kind of interested until he spelt Misaaki Satake's name wrong, then the dude kind of lost credibility.
In all seriousness, this would be an awesome pick up and I would buy it, but I already have those fights in one format or another.
Speaking of awesomeness, I forgot all about the Abidi/LeBanner superfight from the Paris GP in 2005, I am going to watch that tonight.
**** it, I might even buy this.

Yeah Abidi vs LeBanner was off the hook... Hironaka do you have a pic of the siamese twin that grew out of Jerome's head during the fight?
Post it if you do...

and of course in the post-match interview Abidi says about his long time nemesis, 'I might have lost the fight, but HE went to hospital'.
Abidi is surely the Mr Bean rubberman of the K1.

I wish I had that picture. Amazing, it was like Hasim Rahman's

Interestingly, following our discussion regarding that fight yesterday, the event has now popped up on the place we must not speak of.
See the LeBanner/Abidi slufest, Semmy Shilt's utter dominance of the tournament and fat, lazy, sluggish Ignashov at his best looking like he just stumbled out of a vodka factory, in glorious DVD format!

Oh yes... that place ;)
The LeBanner vs Abidi fight goes down as one of the all-time K-1 great contests. And yeah, I think it was a bit bigger than Rahman's. Like the old woman with the goiter off that Seinfeld episode!
