O.k - I know we're mostly 'anonymous' forum posters here but Hamish has a question for all!

Not only am I a poor student who cannot afford a ticket to this fight.. we finished our Foxtel contract 2 months ago @ home so no P.P.V for me!

So if there is a group of members here having a get-to-gether to watch this on P.P.V around Melbourne - for the love of this sport I'm happy to bring a couple of beers along and meet up!

I guess this question is a bit 'intrusive'.. but for the love of the sport I'm happy to ask this question! (can you blame me for a fight like this?)

Many thanks if there's a reply,

Hamish

The worst part of this question is; I have the event on tv, I live in the country about 85 km's from Melbourne, but since it is on a Monday(why?????) I will be at work, no one will be home and my tape will be on. Other wise you would be welcome to come over, sorry mate.

Hamish, I'd check to see if the All Star is going to be screening it.

That would be a great place to watch with a few friends.

I wish I could get you a ticket somehow.

I know what it's like being a student.

Paul Demicoli used to give me a bunch of tickets for his shows.
I'd allways find a way of getting them out to the students.

I wish he didn't move to queensland.

Yeah, I also am a student but sacrifice anything to get a ticket for Tarik's shows. I rather not go out and not eat out anywhere just to be able to buy a ticket.
Newblokes, my friends ain't into it that much either, though i always find someone to go with. I ended up at the K-1 max on my own but nothing was gonna stop me from going.

Well.. we are a rare breed aren't we! Committed to this sport as individuals

Thanks for the inspiration kick Remy!

Paul - I didn't even know All Star have a website - which shows a daily upcoming sports fixture.. it hasn't got next week though.

But thanks again guys.

May have to buy the P-P-V when someone offers it if All Star aren't playing the event..

And yeah.. being a student sucks !

Remy and Newblokes I am a uni student aswell so I know where both are you coming from!

Remy, you sound exactly like me man. My friends are never interested in the sport and I have to suck there arse to come. I have to call and organsise tickets, transport and even I have to hold there hand! Tonight I am going with my mrs.

I have been to every Tarik show with ozkan on it since 1995 and now!
