MMA seminar moved to Thursday

Hi everyone,
Thomas "the Wildman" Denny is here from America to help me in my corner this Sunday. So tonight he is going to do a seminar at my gym from 6pm-9pm covering all aspects of MMA from take downs, submissions and MMA strinking.

That is a shame he is all the way up in Queensland. Any chance he could come down to Sydney? My gym and my students would love to have him to do a MMA seminar for us.

Well JWP did the damn thing it didn't go as planned but it was a huge learning exp. for him the seminar is still on give us a ring or come on down....
