Tarik's Fighting Career?

Does anyone know if Tarik ever had any fights in the ring?

I had seen him years ago when he was training under Jamal and he looked good in the ring doing some sparring work?

Would like any information people could give.

Yeah Tarik did fight in the ring as a TKD stylist. I think he had about a dozen fights..

I reckon he was a bit of a sore loser and a bad sport!
And nothing much has changed. He should get a better act me thinks, being pretty much the no. 1 KB promoter in Aust.

He was on the Stan Undercard Greek V Turks in Taekwando. The turks got ripped off Tarik grabbed the mic and voiced his opinion! He has the gift of the gab! lol

Mr C had the Mr T image thing going on.

The Greeks won that fight fair and square. In one fight, one of the turks hit the canvas about 5 times. Also, tarik got cleaned up by Stan's old trainer George Konstas.

Not a bad video, although huge mismatch in the main event. Stan apparently had a torn hamstring that night, and was still about far too good for mr c.

I heard rumours that MR C had anhilated Stan in the US...Can someone tells us about the skeletons in the closet? I dont see how that could of happened.

I'm not too sure about that Janer.. I've got the tape at home and there wasn't any mention of it by the commentators.. but since it was the U.S Title - you MAY be right.. I just remember Stan not mentioning anything like 'payback' - as a fighter would if he got beat

I actually thought that tape mentioned something about Mr C wanting to revenge an earlier loss to Stan.

there was talk that stan lost overseas in the us to an opponent "x" then was supposed to fight a rematch in aus, i think charlie c is not that fighter

JANER, I think people enjoy playing arund with you. Stan KO'd Archie in 1 round in the US. They were hyping Archie as going 10 rounds with Maurice Smith a year earlier and WHACK Stan put him out quickly. Also Stan never had never lost a professional fight at that time so there was no talk of his revenging anything.
