Not in the ring unfortunately, or fortuantely Michael however you want to look at it :) (just kidding), just interested in your opinions.
Reading the post a couple of days ago, based on a mega tourney or event, i had a few ideas re-enter my mind.
A mega 16 man tournament featuring Australia's top fighters from the 70-76kg division. Mind you, as argued before, these aren't all the guys, or perhaps the top guys, but anyhow -
Under usual K-1 rules,
Behic
Collard
Elson
Raph Tai
Baris
DeVanna
Zam
Chopper Chapman
Nandex
Dawson
Eugene Ekkelboom
Halford
Curovic
Cope
JWP
J. Allen
How would the event pan out, what are the most promising 1st round match-ups, and what are the most anticpated 2nd round etc brackets?
What should the winner be awarded?
Would it be more feasible to exclusively award the winner with a large sum of money -
or, alternatively, award $3000 (or so) to make 2nd round, $8000 for semi, $20, 000 runner up, hence $55, 000 for the winner or something along those lines?
Any ones opinions other than endorsing that i'm a d*ck head with too much time on my hands most welcome of course.
