So tell me who would win the rematch, if there was one, this is a fight I would love to see, under full thai rules of course.....
Who and Why?

hmmm, massive weight difference. Oh gee, there is for and against for both teams. I think the weight diff we be the factor. If Sting kept him at bay with big leg kicks, yeah, but if Nathan snuck in, which he does so well, i think he would cut sting to bits. It would be a hard fight thats for sure.

What the fck has that got to do with anything? And boom boom isnt Bills charge anymore. No?? Exactly.

Everyone knows this will never happen, Nathan has absolutely NO interest in fighting paul. It is just a "What if " question.

Because this stupid question arises every year even though they are 20kgs apart. And it is just as stupid as pitting a middleweight like boom boom (or russ' hero) against carnage. It was meant to be a stupid rhetoric statement to a stupid thread russ. Pity you are too big a moron to understand.

yes this is an open thread but i have to agree that this topic is a waste of time.
it is like comparing Kostya with Tyson.
we can all sit here and say that Carnage is faster higher work rate good fast slicing elbows and probably fitter than Paul.

let's face it but Paul only has to hit him a few times and it is all over. the only way carnage would hurt paul is with elbows. paul is to big and too strong now. since they fought last time Paul grew and Carnage Didn't.

best of luck to both boys in there Weight devisions

Russ and Voice

Are you guys in love???? C'mon whats the problem. Don't take offence to what is said, you guys are really getting too personal. By the way Russ, i know Bill pretty well in fact I think I know him better than you. Lets say i am just having a dig at him by saying that the fight will never happen and I know he knows that it will never happen.

There is never any anger in my posts unless it becomes personal.

nah, it wasnt directed at you Alan. I know you were stirring up Bill. It was Niels childish rant that deserved a reply. But what would you expect from the self appointed moderater of this forum. Everyone knows that its never going to happen, its just a thread to pass the time.
So, who do you think would win Alan. (And how would Nathan do it?http://forum.militarysos.com/images/smilies/neener.gif)

LOL.....you are a funny guy. Of course Paul will win. Ask nathan.

Seriously...its a hard call. The last time they fought Paul just out grapple nathan and threw him around. Its been a while since Paul fought proper FTR so I don't really know at this point in time. Going back a few years I'll say Paul will win. Both have improve now and mature more as fighters. Its a hard call but I still give it to PAUL <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Ouch! That's very bitter and angry Russ, especially as I only called you a moron (which everyone knows you are) rather than an illiterate @rse-licking man-groupie (which you also are).
But Al is right, no way to behave at Christmas time so I take all that back and promise never to make a derogatory comment at you again.

I know you're a great guy deep down Russ, as you were really nice to me earlier in the year when I sent you those dvds (for free) that I cut and burnt of your hero.
And you must have esp as I was indeed skiing today, but alas, managed to evade said sleigh. Have a nice Christmas too.

Little too much testosterone in this subject !!

Too add fuel to fire Alan is being very gentleman like as he is always professional but bottom line Sting is fighting the biggest toughest guys on the planet Carnage is hiding in the also-rans crowd, Paul would destroy CArnage right now.

Controversial abuse I welcome it!!!

Ive already ducked to the left from Russ' first elbow attack!!!

It takes a BIG man to cry, it takes a BIGGER man to laugh at that man!!!

Lol, I love it! Out come the guns ey.

Sure theres testosterone in here, this is a fight forum, it's not hard to understand that men are going to be men.

But, Voice made a relevant point. It does get asked all the time and how on earth can you intelligently applaude it?

As much as I respect and love Nathans fighting, I have to accept that Paul is a behometh compared to him. He has reach on him too as well as quite a bit of fight conditioning against the biggest baddest guys in the world.

I can't see Nathan stopping him or even beating him on points elbows or no elbows.

But Russ, you were quite defensive and offensive over a seemingly harmless comment and then get personal.

I'm sure Voice has had to work probably as hard as any world champion fighter has had to to achieve his career success, it's not honourable to take a man down because of it. Just the same way you have worked hard to create you're own business if your signature URL is any indication.

Chill out boys or Santa wont visit any of us.....

Its the superior attitude that he conveys in his posts that sh1t me. Aint no man better than me, no matter how much more money they have. to steal your handle, Humble people rock, stuck up wan kers suck. And the personal attact came from knobjockey with the name calling.
If it is such a stupid question, I wonder why the most respected man in this sport mentioned it in his column in this issue of IK????
Maybe Neil can get one of his minions to run a copy over in his Lear jet and then have one of his page turners read it out to him, while he goes skiing with Michael Jackson...or all this may be well beneath him.

Thats pretty harsh jt. Nathan can only fight those who accept. Clifton Brown was put up by the WMC to challenge Nathans world title. You cant say he is hiding. He is running out of willing opponants so he made the decision to step up and fight someone much heavier in Roberts. Unfortunatly that fight didnt go his way but he was happy with what he learned by way of fighting someone heavier. Its funny though, when Nathan beats all these guys, suddenly they are also-rans. It will be interesting to see what you say when he beats the next guy thats being lined up for March. He aint no also ran. Well not till Nathan beats him of coarse. Then he is a bum

Sorry Russ just truth the cruiserweight division is also rans compared with K1 and super heavy weight which is A league any cruiserweight who is any good ends up bulkin up and fighting heavy Ernesto Hoost, Ray Sefo, Steve Mckinnon, Terry Rippey, Adam Watt, Mcdonald, Suttie, Slowinski etc etc they all could have hidden in Cruiserweights and been undefeated but wanted the biggest best challenges not the also rans crowd sorry just my opinion

true jt, the market for cruiserweights pales in comparison to the heavies...quite odd given their technique and speed is often superior. I guess it goes back to the early ages when people sat around an ampitheatre watching the big guys trying to cut each others` heads off.
i guess my original point, before the fun and games started, was that comparing carnage to sting (regardless of the credentials of who might have been suggesting it) is no different to suggesting JWP and Carnage be thrown in together...and of course no one would suggest that.

I`m glad i`ve given Russ the opportunity to express his pent up feelings. I wonder if he will be so forthcoming the day we meet in person rather then across the net. And next time you`re going to let rip mate, spell the name right.

russ if u had any idea about what sort of person voice is you would not even think about writing some of the stupid stuff you are going on about. why on earth are you persisting with something that is clearly absurd and not anywhere near worth arguing about. to go on about voices's hard work over the years to put him in a position to make him finiancially comfortable is hardly a reason to be picked on either. there are a lot of people that could learn a lot from his work ethic and mannerism. i am not taking sides here at all but sit back and see how immature you are sounding.

Hehe, it's all been a bit of fun but probably time to put at rest. Every 6mths or so you get some ding dong battles on the forum worth reading (maybe that is a thread topic in itself) but let's move on. I'm sorry Bill for biting your head off first up and Russ, I'm sorry for all the offence you have had to put up with.

You can take the final swing Russ if you like but over and out from me on this issue.

Im sure Nathan could bulk up to 100kg and do ok but he would have to change his fighting style and I sure as hell dont want to see that. These people knocking Nathans standard off opposition should sit back and watch how good he is. They will realise that Carnage is so good not opposition bad.

The only way for Nathan to get to 100kg is to stop training or get some "juice' into him.
There is more chance of me fighting Nathan that any of those two things ever happening.
Nathan has one of those metabolisms that he can eat crap, and as soon as he thinks of training he drops 5kg. It would be very hard for him to go up a weight.
Carnage owns his weight class. Thats where he belongs. He has 3 world titles to defend, let them step up.
