What do you guys think of the english kickboxing, muaythai shows on tuesday nights? how would you compare it Oz? i think its a pretty low standard personlly. they all seem to rate a fighter called GAV "the man" ive seen him fight a few times, and well i wasnt impressed.

I reckon its a tad bit poxy! That IRAQI fighter is awesome though. Why dont they repeat previous AUSTRALIAN promotions every monday night instead?? We have had many show the last few years. which could run at least once a week for a year!

Janer,

I only just noticed that they repeated an aussie show straight after it. Not sure if this was the first time, but keep an eye out for them if it isn't too late to stay up.

Yeah that show is crap, now they're just repeating them again too. I prefer the US Thai-Kickboxing show that was on fox a year or two ago. The one hosted by "Blinky" Rodrigues, it was a much better standard than this night of combat ****. Last time I watched the US show, it featured Manson Gibson KOing his opponent and I've seen a few name fighters on the show as well, like Baxter Humby, the one arm guy who JWP fought I believe?

Have to agree with you all, the show is of a very low standard compared to our shows.

Like Janer mentioned they should be repeating some of the aussie shows or even the Thai shows (they were of an excellent standard for those who enjoy M/T)

What would be great to see is some of the previous qualifying shows for the K1 (eg K1-Oceaiana etc)

Yes, yes. Repeating Aussie shows heaps would be the go.
