Hi guys

Sitting here in internet cafe in hotel and its the morning of the big one... and yes it doesnt get any bigger.

The fighters were low key at yesterdays press conference and you get the feeling they just want to duke it out now.. however i did notice a huge media presence from all over the place yesterday, moreso than in previous years. A lot of ducth presence, what with so many dutch in the final and dutch tv taking the event with only a few hours delay... in fact this will be the most televised gp ever with a record 129 countries taking broadcasts.

Okay.. so whats the low down?

SLOWINSKI ... looks totally relaxed for the first time on a k1 show. I mean he just looks so relaxed. I saw how nervous he was in sapporo and in osaka but this time he looks relaxed, confident and is very happy. We spent some time together last night just hanging in the lobby along with ethan shepp, ray sefo, mike bernardo just chatting last night and paul is just calm and collected which is great. His opponent HARI wasnt his usual loud self at the press conference, instead just choosing to apologise for his antics in Osaka and that was it.

SEFO... man, the guy has NO injuries... NO sickness.. he is 104kg and buffed meaning he is leanest for a few years... but he aint in the tourney which is a pity. He will beat up on melvin maenhoff severely i feel.

Of the GP fighters, the most intense one seems to be lebanner. he has been here for a week and if you see him you wont recognise him. he looks 26 again! the hair has grown back, he is about 112kg and he is ripped... i mean RIPPED... all for this movie he has been shooting in paris where he plays a long distance runner and he has to have the physique to match and well you just gotta see how ripped and lean he is. He wants this win bad... w\question is though; has he been fight training enough for this?

Hoost also looked determined... he will retire tonight either way but he wants that fifth crown.

SPADA will be happy to know that leko is looking pretty determined too. He is has been the in form fighter of 2006 along with feitosa. what a match if they meet in the semi.

well guys must run... more later...
