I have a few 'peculiar' questions to ask, regarding Sam Greco.
1) What year did he open his kyokushin Karate Club in Melbourne (Brunswick)? Was it 1993 or 1992 or earlier?
2) How long did Sam Greco train Kyokushin Karate with Mas Oyama?
(He did train together with Dolph Lungren...)
3) Is it true that Sam Greco had a quarrel with Mas Oyama in regards to the Kyokushin Karate style? (and this is why he changed into Seidokaikan?) I actually remember when this happened, but I was really young, so I didn't understand what happened.
Has Sam Greco ever talked about why he changed to SedoKaikan in a Blitz interview before?
4) What is Seidokaikan exactly and how, and from where did it originate?
5) Does Sam Greco have an email or a website?
6) The last question...When did Sam Greco's Brunswick Club close? Was it 1998 or later?

Please note that my questions above are "purely" curiosity questions...and have nothing to do with anything political
(I just had to add that in.... to 'ward' away evil spirits!!)

I also remembered one more thing...
Back in the mid 90s or perhaps in 1996 (???), there was a rumour in the club, that Sam Greco was KO by a Brazilian fighter in the 1st fighting round...Is this true? And if it is...what year did this occur in? And what was the name of this "Brazilian" fighter?
It's quite tough to imagine Sam Greco being KO so quickly...dunno why????
Perhaps it's that when he fights, he seems too "solid" and "sharp" to be easily defeated! :)
One thing I like about his way of fighting, is that he is always cautious in "checking" his opponents' lower kicks with his shin. Believe it or not, in so many fights I have seen, so many fighters fail to do that.
(Is "checking" written with an "s" or a "c" ???)

I recall a story about him "quarrelling" with mas oyama. More details, I do not know.
It's true in about 96 or 97 he was knocked out in 10 seconds, I actually had seen the tape (my trainer had it) but can't remember who he fought. He just got hit with a big shot early, unlucky.

Wow !!! that's the KO that I am talking about...
10 seconds!!!
Was it a punch KO?? A kick KO???
Proves that no mortal is invincible !!! No matter how "solid" & "sharp" he may "seem"...

Greco was koed by a straight right from Francisco Filho
Filho caught him in the temple with a big swing. Greco apparently got up but was ruled unfit to continue as he was up on the count of 5 which was the limit back then, not 10 as usual.

This is another 'peculiar' Question in regards to Sam Greco...
Sam Greco is a good fighter, and he has accomplished a lot.
He did also teach Kyokushin karate & Seido Kaikan.
As a teacher of Martial Arts, did Sam Greco flourish?
(He did run his own club once...for a period of approximately 5-6 years (???) and I heard he had to close his club down due to some problems)
Despite the fact that Sam Greco is a strong & good fighter, I feel that he wasn't able to express his ways of fighting through his school.
No one is perfect, and everyone has a lack of something. In my opinion, Sam Greco Lacks in the "teaching" area. Otherwise, his school could have lasted and expanded.

Another thing...
I really hated the film 'Iron Fist', with Richard Norton & Sam Greco.
I thought it was disgraceful!!!!!!
