ive just started training, only one lesson and i need to here some good ideaa for recovery.i trained on teusday and was planning in training on thursday but i was way to sore.im so unfit that i had to vomit about half ay through and i was finding it very difficult to keep up fpr the rest of the lesson.should i have put up with the pain just muscle, and trained again on thursday anyway.anyway any ideas about recovering quicker would be a great help to get me fit and ready to fight sooner rather than later.

my advise is just slowly ease your way into it, just do what you can at classes and don't over do it. i know what you mean though i have been training for 8 years now and after a knee reco had to give the sport up for awhile after not training i used to come home so sore but your body starts to get used of working the muscles angain and in about 2-3 weeks you won't be sore at all, its hard when you first start because your so keen in training you want to keep doing it as much as you can, but just listen to your body, there's no point injurying yourself and not being able to train at all. just be patient it will all come together
