Hey guys as the months roll by and new promotions and fighters pop up sometimes we see good prospects fade away never to be heard of again!

One such fighter I was impressed with and I had totally forgotten about is Scott Archer I was scanning the net earlier for kickboxing sites when I stumbled across this guy putting a beat down on the tough Tama Tehuna I then endevoured to look him up and could not find anything Its like he just vanished no injury no retirement..nothing??

Any one know what happened and if any one has any other MIA's

Post them in Missing In Action and mabe we'll dig up a few returns or perhaps just explain to fans why the book closed

Another question is why Prince Amir left oz ? And why he has waited this long to make a comeback? Good on him regardless its just he would have done well a few years ago before he left oz but then just disappeared.

It takes a BIG man to cry, it takes a BIGGER man to laugh at that man!!!

Cool this thread is uncovering a fair few I forgot about Kurt, Ben Steel, Archer I think was an undefeated heavyweight with some good victories and good technique also he had a stable mate Jason Boneham who was nudefeated lost on pts to Sio Vitale in his first pro fight and I have not heard of him since another big tough fighter.

Melbournes Mark Mullen has been quiet for someone with such talent, Auckland Aumitagi vanished from the K1 scene too??

Mark Mullen is BACK on the scene (Training with Paul Fyfield) , he had 18 months off with a bad back injury , Mark is still only young so has a long way to go , he is a BIG prediction for a title in a lot of peoples eyes , he has had 2 fights since heading back in to the ring and was in devastating form in both , he is looking better, sharper than ever , I so wish we had more fighters like him in Melbourne .....look out for the eventual showdown between Mark and Steve Baldacchino (for steve's Vic title) . Will be a great fight and steve will have to be at his BEST up against Mark.

Pixie was all set to have a busy year when he broke his foot sparring JWP back in April..
It took a little while longer to heal than hoped and he has had other work commitments which haven't helped.
But he is back in full training now and will be back in the ring before the years out.

Scott Archer is a good friend and fellow training partner he fights and trains under Ray Hay from 108 Supalek.

Scott is away for a while due to unforceable circumstances and things that this forum is not the place to discuss.

He is not retired..

You are correct, Scottt is a great fighter and as of January he will be back in training and stated he will be ready to return in the ring around April. So should be a big return for Scott as he has plenty of unfinished business in the heavy weight division. He is wanting to go all the way.. So keep an eye out in 2007.

We all from 108 Supalek wish him luck and support on his return.

Hi GOGO.

Yes that is correct we did train under Rob at Fitenfit, however myself, Scott & Clint Johnson decided for our own reasons to move on.
Jason at this stage was still training under Rob, and from all recent events, I believe Jason still does, and or assist anyway with Rob and his fighters. Just don't think he is fighting anymore for his own reasons.

108 Supalek is based at Berkeley Vale on the Central Coast.

Hope this helps with your questions.

Goodluck with your future fights.

Great to see you fighting, oh and how things have changed hey. I am married now and have been for 2 and a half years. So definetly time flys.

I see you are fighting on JNI's next show, I will be there for sure, was originally fighting, however due to some surgery I had I will not be on now, however will be assisting other fighters from gym and supporting you and all others.

So might catch you on the night, good luck with your preperation and your fight.

Tim,

I am actually not going to be fighting on that nite, a replacement from my gym will be fighting instead. Are you married to the gal you were with before she was a nice person. Things have definately changed alot, I was pretty young back then and im 23 now. I never thought I would be fighting. I actually thought back to the time when we trained together I was soo crap lol I just had no idea. I'm sure we'll catch up soon I actually ran into Rob Murdoch Jnr at Ren's last promo. It's funny when you actually start fighting you're open to a whole new world and experience.
