Hi All,
Just another update, I have decided not to go to Laos, but instead we will tour around Thailand and Cambodia.
These are the plans;
1) We will arrive in Bangkok and stay for 2 days and go shopping see some of the fights at Lumpinee & Rajadam stadiums etc.
2) Go to Pattaya and train for 5 days with the legendary Sityodtong camp. Catch up time for those that know Moon and Lin.
3) Then leave to Cambodia and stay at Kok Khong and train there for 5 days.
4) Then leave to Sihanoukville for 2 days.
5) Leave to Phnom Phen and see Ben Mountfort fight stay for 3 Days. Those whom wants to fight in Cambodia please let me know in Advance.
6) Then catch a Boat to Siem Reap and see Angkor Wat for 3 Days.
7) After that then go up to Thailand into Phanom Rung, Surin and then Burrirram and then back to Bangkok.
Please note this is just a draft, if you have any suggestion feel free to email me.
Cheers,
Imsta

Hi All,
Just a little updates,
As some of you may have already heard on the news over the weekend, the Australia Government has issued a travel warning not to go to Thailand due to the polilitical instabilitie. I am hoping everything will get back to normal by the end of the year. So for now we will continue to make plans to go to Thailand, but we will also monitior the situation closely. See below the summay of the Australia government travels warning to Thailand.
Summary
• In light of the uncertain political situation following a military takeover of the Government on 19 September, Australians in Thailand are advised to exercise a high degree of caution. The Australian Embassy is continuing to monitor the situation closely.
• You should avoid demonstrations, political rallies, and concentrations of military personnel. You should monitor the media, and follow the instructions issued by local authorities.
• There is a high threat of terrorist attack in Thailand. We continue to receive reports that terrorists may be planning attacks against a range of targets, including places frequented by foreigners.
• We strongly advise you to reconsider your need to travel at this time to the southern provinces of Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat and Songkhla or overland to and from the Malaysian border through these provinces, due to high levels of ongoing violence in these regions, including terrorist attacks. On 16 September 2006 there were coordinated bomb attacks in the commercial centre in the southern city of Hat Yai, Songkhla Province, killing five and injuring more than sixty people, including a number of foreigners.
• Over 1,200 people have reportedly been killed and many more injured since the violence broke out in January 2004 in the far southern provinces. Terrorists have warned foreign tourists not to travel to these areas. Further terrorist attacks cannot be ruled out and could occur at any time, anywhere in Thailand.
