The name Daniel America comes a close second to Turbo Fairtex, who fought on the last Pancrase show in Japan, in Hironaka's 'Names of Utter Awesomeness' competition.

I have only seen this guy fight once on a Solak show I believe a few years ago and don't really follow the Aussie kickboxing scene too closely, what has this guy been up to since?

I know he should fight someone the calibre of jason tramsek,
i think there at the same level, baker will be a snack for daniel.
Not a very good match up i feel.
Ur gotta remember daniel holds a WKBF am world title(credable title)
and baker holds a IKBF aus title which doesnt mean that much, i think it cost them $5 to make the belt.

Daniel America has not had you a fight in Melbourne for some time. finally I get the guy on a show and you bag the opponent.
If you think the fight is so easy against Andre Baker why doent you k-board tough guy's fight him yourselves. If it's so easy to get a IKBF title then people like Cro Cop, Hoost, jenk, Tsakonas, Chrisopolides, Tramsek and so on, are being baged for fighting for one.
and for once stop asking for Daniel to fight Jason. Jason weighs 84kgs max. Daniel walks around at 88-90kgs.
I can tell you that I am in the process of confirming Jason's opponent for April 1. the opponent in a current trainer/fighter?

micheal i too agree that that would be a great match up sniper v tramsek and dont go saying that sniper has to much experence because weve all seen tramsek in action and he is plenty good enough and its time to step up for tramsek or step down

The fight will happen one day. there is alot of things that must happen first. Look at Mundine Vs Green for eg.
as for sniper. I hold great respect for the man, and I would enjoy seeing him fight anyone in Victoria. I don't think its right to ask for him to fight above 82kgs.
In my opinion, I think Jason should fight the following

Andrew Banham (the opponent Daniel America fought for the world title) kickboxing rules
Grant Millwood (just beat Matt Read) K-1 rules
Jason America Kickboxing rules

but i have only seen the kid fight once and yes i do think he has talent, but he has 2 build up his credablity before he can start taking titles off people, real titles i mean.

I read somewhere jason holds a IKBF south pacific title, 2 me that does not mean that much, because that governing body has no credablitiy not like WKA, WMC, WKBF, ISKA and exc.

If jason can take daniels WKBF am world title belt then he would of proven him self 2 fight someone like sniper, at the moment i think his still a little fresh.

Hey laughingstock, it look like the name you have suits you. Daniel America fought for a world title with only 6 fights. & you question Jasons creditability. it seasy to see that you are only having a dig at Vukovic.
its takes good fighters to make good title's but sometimes there are fighters who don't want to fight other opponents because they fear lossing to them. The Ikbf run as good at most santioning body'd in Australia.

Its not the chelsea show you should concern you self with. its the iligal interclub fights which you group run. Didn't a fighter get badly injured in your interclub last week? I can't believe you guys still have a promoters license to promote in Victoria, with that sort of conduct. I only hope the boy who got injured decides to take the matter to court. Should be worth over $50,000.00 in damages. hint hint.....
There is more poker machines at chelsea then there will be spectators at Coburg my little friend.
By the way the chelsea show is 95% sold. where codurg has probably only sold 95 tickets.

I was watching the last Tarik show the other night on video and Gem was fighting on that show i think he lost on the night, but man that guy is as tough as nails im not sure how many fights he has had but he stood toe to toe all night and took some big shots and never took a backward step all night great fight he might have lost the fight but he should hold is head up high well done Gem.
