He will always be our champion we wish him all the best in his next fights and good health.

whats the point of this thread?
More nonsense from (everyones freind) Lucy and now nuthuger Russ. Why don't the pair of you try to post something inteligent for a change rather than just agreeing with the smarter people of this forum.

Exactly what I was thinking. Why not post this useless rubbish in the other ten or so threads devoted to Zambidis on the front page alone?
Wasteland ...

In my opinion, respect becomes a little redudant on forums and such.
Now, I can understand the emotional attachment that some of you guys may have to some of these fighters and trainers, however what you need to remember is that as consumers of a product, the sport of kickboxing/MT/whatever, and as posters on this forum, we have the right to comment on and criticise what we think is rubbish, regardless of whether that rubbish is promoters, fight cards, trainers or fighters.
Having said that, I believe the intial post and subsequent irrelevent and unneccessary thread are rubbish.
Flame on if you will, I have no problem with any of you voicing your opinion towards the statement above, just as I expect you to respect my right to make it.
Maybe I should have posted this in Hammer's 'RESPECT' thread.

Hey Fastfrank, Mitch's training is going good, he did his first triathlon at school yesterday, then went to training that night and still blew them all away in the run, they call him the little freak,
maybe we should start a thread on him........ hehehehe

Such a stereotype man. Why does it always have to be a black guy holding the gun, huh?

Probably for the same reason you see women mostly advertising washing detergents and stuff. They do it more often.

Always proud of him, not a bad bone in his body, always shows respect to all, loves helping out the beginners in the gym, looks after his little sister and loves his mum, in my eyes this makes him a champion already.....
I think they only did a short triathlon because it was the first one for the year but did 5km run at training.....
Look for a sponsor for him so we can bring over opponents for him, no one left in Perth for him at this stage in his carreer, he is keen to fight asap, so we are hoping that someone will want him on there show anywhere..........

I just finished watching the fight and i thought it was fantastic,
evan though baokow had the stronger kicks zambidis was very way guarded and throw some very nice bodyshot that hurt baokow, zambo was the better boxer but the kicks is what won boakow the fight,
i thought it was a very close fight and i think JWP is gonna have a war on his hands.
good luck 2 both fighters.

Two increibly stupid comments.
Buakaw body type is completey diff to that of Zambo, not to mention the fact he trains 6-8 hours a day and has done for most of his life. Also dont forget Buakaw is say around 5ft 8 or 9 and Zambo im not sure lets say 5ft 5?
90% of Afro Americans have guns in the US? Yer right!!

hey, i only did a small triathlon.. it was 100 meter swim 3km ride 1 km run.. this was alright, it was mostly gettin in2 the skills of transitions etc. i did alright placing top 5 overall up against yr 12's.. and i accidently went 2 far on the ride.. but its all good.. i hav 2 work on my swimming. my riding and running is fine, probably excelling the rest of the group, but i made sure i had a bit in the tank afta it all for trainin that night.
the end triathlon will be 300m swim, 12km ride, 3km run.. my aim is 2 do this in 45 mins.
i look forward to fighting and trainin but not fightin 2 much doesnt phase me all 2 much, ive had alot of fights for my age and acheived alot already and im happy with the way im progressing.. hopefully ill be bak in the ring soon wif a few new tricks..
Regards,
Mitch

As an interest point go & rent bowling for columbine by mike moore.
There was 1 stat in it that compares the us to canada in the canadians have more handguns per person than the us but the u.s has more handgun deaths.
I believe it's because the canadians are more laid back like us ozzies and not so hell bent on proving how good we are to the rest of the world & if you dont like it we will invade you and take your oil.(sorry getting political)
