G'day boys, must say was impressed with Nandex the other night
I am a little sceptical as the opponents are virtual nobody's (please correct me if I'm wrong) - making his knockouts look spectacular.
What martial art has he trained in?
I believe a strong opponent would do some damage on the man.

Krama,
Frank Zammit had a pretty impressive amateur fight record.
I don't know about the rest of the guys though.

Stanley Nandex has a strong background in Kyokushin Kai Karate and has been fighting on and off for several years now.

How old is Stanley, him an Ozkan will be the greatest match in Middlewight since he thought Ian Jacobs. They the best to fighters in their division from what i see, why not, make it happen.
How can Stanley be the best if he hasn't faced big names here. He hasn't faced the toughest opposition here, don't know what he did before Australia though. Devestating kicks or not, he has to work up the scale against credible opponents. He has only had a few fights here. How old is he anyway?

Nandex is an awesome fighter - yes he is strong and hasn't proved himself yet but with the 'RIGHT' guidances, will go along way in Aus.
He annihilate Frank Zammit and is starting to build a big name here, Good Luck to Nandex.
If i recall, he is about 27 or 28 now - YES, you are saying BULL**** he looks older. Well yes, he is that age.
Do you know Nandex Harls?
I'm sure he will go a long way. He has spectacular kicks. All i'm saying is you can't call him the best in Aus. Maybe we will in a couple of years but not at this point.

Your not wrong Remy, if Nandex fights the likes of Ozkan, Zambidis, or anyone in the K1 max, it would be sad to see an early retirement.

I do not know Nandex personally but I'm close with a person who fought and trained alongside him for a while in Thailand, 1999'. Apparently he is much, much closer to 40 then 30 years of age. As for fighting quality opponents I'm not sure as to how well he would perform but he certainly wouldn't duck any challenges.:)

Harls I trained Nandex for over two years, he has lived in my gym and on on his visits to Australia for weeks at a time. I have made to trips to New Guinea with him over the last couple of years helping him organising two promotions over there. I also took him to Malayasia last year for a fight there as well. He has told me was 26years two ago years ago so I presume that that is his correct age I can't see why he would have lied about his age.

Sorry maybe I got that wrong but that is what I heard. I did also hear that you were training him when he left Thailand and came to sydney. Do you still train him?

I saw Nandex about 3 years ago on a Paul Grima Kickboxing show in Sydney, he fought a bloke named chook somebody.
Chook was only trying to survive though so it wasn't a good fight to watch, Nandex won by decision, he through a few spinning kicks and one of those strange Kyokushin kicks where you roll over to throw it, but none of them landed.
Frank Zammit is a good fighter despite what had happened on Fox that night, he did the same thing to a bloke over in W.A. a couple of years ago, Zammit's had about 22 fights for 2 loses that I can think of, as you know he just went high with his left(and threw back his left arm) and Nandex went high with his right and got there first.
But Nandex is imposing and strong, no dought about that.
